May I suggest doing a search for topics of 'breathing'? There's an awful lot of very good threads on many aspects of breathing to satisfy some of your curiosity.

Actually, this is not a metaphor, but a real situation. A wasp's nest just established itself right near my front door. Normally, I wouldn't care, and just stay away from it, but near my front door, obviously a lot of traffic. Wasps are pretty psycho, too. All it takes sometime is walking too near their nest, and they perceive a threat, and the next thing you know, attack of the killer wasps. And, unlike bees, wasp stings really effing hurt! They have to go...but how? I don't really want to kill them, but I might have to. (My rule with insects is live and let live, unless they invade my space, then I do what I must). How to displace them without pissing all of them off and getting ambushed later?? Any suggestions?

Update: They are still quietly nesting, haven't even noticed my close-by comings and goings. I'm sending them loving energy. How's your garden, Mal?

I believe there are some members here who have studied NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). Every time I come across it, it seems like an interesting technology to improve one's life, to become more productive and successful, and to 'hack' one's own mind and habits. It doesn't appear to have any spiritual or energetic effects. It seems to me to be very useful. Anyone with experiences or opinions of NLP? Does it deliver what it promises? Best way to learn it?

Anchoring sounds incredibly powerful if it indeed really works. It would seem that it would be helpful to do after a great meditation session, for example. Find a good, powerful shaman. You may be able to find one in Hawaii, or do some research yourself. Good luck, healing on all levels is likely if you have the intent.

Ah, another brother in Omraam! I have been following him for about 15 years, and he is my primary spiritual teacher. He is far and away the Master of my mind and my heart. I also was prompted to look into his teacher, Biensa Duono and love him too. I own most of his books and do many of the spitritual exercises he teaches in the various volumes and in 'The New Earth'. I did not know about the new website, thanks for the link. I was going to PM you, but rather I will sing his praise here so perhaps others will notice. He is a very high level teacher who had powers but almost never demonstrated them. I come from a Slavic background, so I especially resonate with much of him. If you do a search, you will see that I have mentioned him here on occasion.
