    zhineng or spring forest qigong will help feel qi quickly. I tried both. also search kunlun and gift of the tao sponatneous qigong by Ya Mu here on the forums.     yes I'm liking this set nowadays, simple, easy and short I also combine a triceps pushup with a hip lift (looks like a bridge) pilates bicycle

    If you wander away from the over crowded "safe-zone" into the wilderness, are there zombies? I heard there are wilderness survival courses that might come in handy. I would like to know how the overseas teaching goes. it's strange there is still a large homeless/idle population with wwoofing openings still there, I thought there wouldn't be enough wwoofing opportunities. I heard that some organic farms in the US bring busloads of mexicans to weed and harvest the crops. If they were paid then maybe it would be cheaper to transition to permaculture and use the wwoofing module?

    anything by the guy/studio that made highlander and vampire hunter d bloodlust. also heroic age is kind of acceptable. I also really enjoyed Kaze no Stigma. Hunter x Hunter is back from hiatus on manga but the anime hasn't picked up yet. and of course seirei no moribito "guardian of the sacred spirit" one of my all time favorites. here is a site that lists similar animes with reviews: http://www.anime-planet.com I will checkout Noein.
