  1. the meaning of life

    gotta youtube it!
  2. Good Methods of Physical Healing?

from those symptoms I'd suggest before anything to try a general detox plan including heavy metals detox.
  3. Wishful Thinking

I saw a feature in some forums where you can make a private thread and invite people to it.
  4. Who is /are Max's Egyptian teachers?

I am also intrigued by this egyptian stuff btw but I can just be thankful and work with what is available. look what happened when that john chang video came out, you want the same thing to happen to Max's masters? @ Wun Yuen Gong and HupGerk I thought that the consensus is that the site and book's presentation/packaging do not represent max or his teachers. Do you have any other problems with Max? (besides not meeting him?)
  5. Who is /are Max's Egyptian teachers?

how about being happy with what you have? the new kunlun book is already great and includes one of those egyptian practices. Even if you pursue these egyptian practices it's not like that master is going to teach you. Mantra already gave us that the egyptian teachings were not channeled i.e. there is a master somewhere. how about googeling for anubis or egyptian mysticism? I dislike badgering Mantra about this after he expressed his standing on this subject i.e. "won't tell" "consult Max".

how about internet friends? the internet is my domain currently.
  8. Thanks Patrick, although I had difficulty following what you wrote, I'll just say that if there is a risk then I accept it.
  9. Oh! ...Nah. keywords I remember: kunlun is , downard flow , cooling , versus kundailni is heating.
  10. Brainwave entrainment for Kunlun

http://www.shareonall.com/ btw thank you so much for this thread, and mentioning that gamma is good for kunlun. I searched and found Dr Jeffrey Thompson's CDs and I'm enjoying them a lot.
  11. new kunlun book

ok I've ordered the new book even though I recently received the old one. Mantra could you please inform us if there are plans for a new book?
  12. Patrick, what type of music is that ISIS album? if it is something relaxing then could you please link me to it? I searched but only found metal which I hate.
  13. deodorant

I'll probably never use deodorants and I still sweat a lot, we have a lot of heat and humidity here. here is what I do: before the meeting or when you need to be presentable take a water bottle with you and a bar of soap and some tissues or go to the bathroom and find those then wash up the armpits with soap and water and dry it with the tissues -> viola! no smell, no deodorants. you might also need to take with you extra clothes in case you need to change. well it works but you might need to repeat it but it's better than using those chemical deodorants, I feel congested immediately after using them even the natural aluminum-free types and that crystal also contains aluminum I think.
  14. Kunlun Practice

I've seen those televangelists healing and I have always suspected that they must have had energy and/or NLP training.
  15. Kunlun Practice

I don't think kunlun is faith based nor are the majority of eastern energy practices, as they utilize physical stances and movements which are innate and common in the human body and do not require any faith in any religion, at least that is my understanding. and besides, the book is cheap and many people are benefiting (including me), so buy it and try it if its no good then no loss.
  16. Tell me more about this John Chang.

hey patrick, why did you randomly put that statue? I just noticed it's standing on a kid! regarding John Chang, from what I understood from sean denty, he is a Chinese master from the mo pai/diamond path lineage (similar to da mo) who used to/is living in Indonesia and was/is a famous healer and also healed the Indonesian president. however he attracted worldwide attention when he appeared in the video clip from Ring of Fire, and Kostas Danaos from Greece (and others) sought him out for training and had that for some time but the attention was mounting so the master wanted to be away from that so the training discontinued. some time after that, David Verdesi from Italy who already was being paid by governments and universities to study the whole deal about Chinese qigong and was roaming china and SE asia at the time, sought out john chang and has been training with him ever since. however, last time I checked the price tag for a two week course was 5000$ and you may or may not catch a glimpse of john chang. and regarding the training, sean denty says that it is detrimental to health, I suppose because of its warrior/utilitarian nature, and at some critical advancement stage (level 3 to 4) you have to cut some cords around the dan tien so it can connect with the lower dan tien which creates a strong current similar to lightning which has killed 60% of people attempting to reach that level. Now kostas has incomplete training and made some books that were not satisfactory and he got ill later. the 5k tag does not include the flight costs nor the time and dedication you need to achieve a good practice which takes long. that is what I gathered from this forum, please correct me if i'm wrong.
  17. Is this probably a scam?

it looks to me like a wooden version of the tao de jing text and in chinese only. you can find translated dao de jing with commentary on the internet. sorry but frankly I think that it is frivulous spending. I'm sure there are better gifts out there, such as the new kunlun book, or many other useful books (recommendations available). I bought some health bars as a gift for a friend from here http://products.mercola.com/cocoa-cassava/ but if you are both comfortable with it, then this wooden scroll can be a good hanged decoration. regards,
  18. Is this probably a scam?

since you have so little money, you are probably better off buying a detailed how to book instead of this collectors item. I'm refrencing your previous thread where you made 40$ and want to buy a good instructional (what happened with that?).
  19. Nepalese "Buddha Boy"

Thanks patrick that seems likely but what else will be hapening during that time seeing how human problems are developing at present? not to mention the possibilities of a planetary event? would those problems cause such a situation that would necessitate the proliferation of so many prophets/buddhas/gurus? sorry if we are off-topic
  20. Nepalese "Buddha Boy"

Yeah I read that the guiness record is 18 days without water. I read from Falun Gong that you can do Bigu for very long periods and that real cultivators of that path isolate themselves in caves (to avoid the attachement of food) which they seal themselves in using paranormal capabilities and that they use part of their energy to sustain their body. in the news recently there was an indian guru who claimed to not take any food or water for years and lives on sunrays only and they found his kidneys still make urine and it collects in the bladder but then it is reabsorbed. spiritual cultivation practice produces many things unexplained yet by scientific means.
  21. Nepalese "Buddha Boy"

interesting that he mentioned 2012, coincidence? although it seems that he decided to stick around longer.
