Its true - we are not capable of achieving this state of becoming One, it is a gift bestowed upon us by what I call the Source. When I had the first of my experiences I was out on a midnight training run, a 5 miler. I was around 18 yrs of age and had never even contemplated such things, and to be honest I never spoke of this most beautiful experience to anyone. I had no comprehension of what a blessing I'd just received. If I'd said anything to my Mum or Dad they would have locked me up ! My Dad already thought I was a little odd because I was reading books on metaphysical matters(Steiner in particular) from the age of 12 or 13 ! My 'love' of Liverpool FC was what staved off more ridicule from my family ! I have had a few more Oneness experiences - but I cannot instigate one myself, if it happens it happens and I truly appreciate it. But, its an experience which is impossible to fully describe. To be at One is Pure Bliss, and I am forever grateful that I have had fleeting tastes of this beyond words experience. I watched an interview on Conscious TV on You Tube with a lady doctor - Dr Samanta-Laughton, who was talking of her own mystical experiences; and her parents wanted her locked away in a mental institution ! The parental downloads are a nightmare, well some of them. I have a wacky and weird sense of humor - this I inherited from my Dad; his favorite catch phrase was, 'I'm looking for a bald headed blonde' ! I have probably developed his wacky humor further - hope he likes it ! I do like dark humor, which my wife doesn't appreciate - in fact it freaks her out. I came out with cancer and tumor jokes, which she wasn't impressed with. My Mum, she is responsible for a lot of my really negative downloads. Especially my harsh judgemental observations - now almost gone . She was an emotionally cold woman(product of her strict Belgian catholic upbringing), no hugs or kisses or bed time stories when I was young - or even old . My Mum was an alcoholic, she started drinking when I was 11 and my teenage years were chaotic ! I never knew what state my Mum would be in when I returned home from indoctrination camp. My depression was due to my Mum's drinking and the added problems it brought with it, but here I am 40 or so yrs later clear of depression through working on myself. Yes the work is ongoing, and when progress is rewarding. Even when we fail, we don't really fail. Its another opportunity to try again and complete the task. I used to become frustrated by my failures, and mentally beat myself up, but no more. Dr Eben's interview is inspirational. I too may get his book ! As you say we are Love, sadly we have forgotten this. We need to rediscover this and quick, and you know what we are ! I can feel the change happening, starting with me. This year especially my heart chakra has become a major focus for me, I am picking up other people's emotions. It took some getting used to - can you picture a 6 ft 1 inch man crying for no apparent reason ! I was feeling the heartache of my daughter who was breaking up with her boyfriend ! We don't need to over complicate the transition process, we need to remain centered and conscious of the process. Some people will become frightened and they will react to the transition according to their conditioning/downloads. Some will go to catholic heaven or hell, some will go to the buddhist realms and so on. But in their own time they will figure out the Truth. Keep everything simple. Man likes to complicate everything. Ever been to a catholic funeral ? If I ever go to another one I'm taking a pogo stick ! Up and down, up and down !!! Jeez ! I am fortunate that my hearing is fairly OK as one of the possible 'side effects' of being involved in the heavy metal scene is a loss of hearing due to spending so much time listening to very loud music ! Rehearsals - 12 hrs daily over the weekend, then when your out on the road its the sound checks and then the gig; so I am fortunate to still hear the birds sing ! As for dancing, well, I use a walking stick to help me get around - that would be a funny sight ! So I dance, only I do so in my consciousness, and that way no one gets hurt !!! We, well a lot of us, have been so conditioned by what I call the System, that we have forgotten how to dance and our soul's are the worse for this. Their are dancing groups of people worldwide who meet under the banner of Sufism, how I wish we had one locally. I have seen such meetings on You Tube, and they are truly joyful occasions. I'd not be able to dance but I can listen to the singing and music. And on that note !!! I'll bid farewell for now ! Namaste, gentlewind

Certainly cat. Daily Scan. Thrice times daily. To be done in a place where you will not be disturbed. Turn all phones off/silent. 1. Then sit or lie - comfortably ! Close eyes. Gentle breathing for about 2 minutes until the body/mind is calm and relaxed. 2. With your mind's eye slowly scan your body, you will pick up where the trouble spots are located. 3. When you find a *trouble spot purify it with your White Light, and then return to scanning the body and when you find another trouble spot repeat step 3. 4. Do the above three times. 5. Then visualize yourself (physical body and aura) in a cocoon of pure White Light. 6. Take a few minutes before coming out of this scan, how long is entirely up to the individual's discretion. * Trouble Spot. The area may feel physically 'tight' or sore, even tender; the key is 'you' will know. The Trouble Spot may not have any physical indications but you will sense something is wrong - like a psychic blockage, again repeat Step 3. You will know how long to apply the White Light, it is an inner knowing. My other practice. I also try to remain aware throughout the day of how 'I' speak/react to people and to situations, and old memories which surface. I have discovered a lot of my reactions are influenced by the conditioning I have received, for example I 'inherited' my Mum's highly critical reaction - and I could be very hurtful to the person concerned. By being aware of this I have now deleted this completely - PHEW !!! I was guilty of out bitching my Mum, and she was an Olympic Champion - ouch. The mind is a greedy sponge !!! I hope this helps. thelerner, thats fine ! I don 't expect everyone/anyone to believe me. I was just sharing my experience in light of the the thread's subject matter. Of course I expect a few will try and make fun of what I say, sadly they find it easier to do this rather than engage in an open and adult discussion. And this is why I responded in the manner I did. Some folk when responding in this manner do themselves no favors when seeking a cheap laugh when a topic is being discussed seriously. Thelerner you have put your points across in a reasonable way, some would do well to take note. A lot of craft that we see are inter-dimensional. Some are from other Star Systems. And some are man made. Fascinating subject. I have a friend who has written books and appeared on various UFO and Abduction shows, he's originally from Australia. He has a web site which is closely monitored by various security agencies - if UFO's are not real why are abductees kept an eye on ! Some folk are too immersed in their conditioning. Others have begun to remove these unwanted downloads, which cause more hassle than those pesky pop ups: however their is still much work to be done in discovering these harmful viruses. It is wise to do an internal scan at least three times a day. I meditate upon my coming transition at least three times a week. I imagine my consciousness laughing as it bids farewell to its vehicle of operation, and then grabbing hold of a rainbow colored rope as I Bungy Jump Home ! I use my NDE as preparation for my transition Home, you see on leaving my body I entered an ocean of brown swirling clouds, I was never frightened - but I was curious as to what was happening ! It was a short journey through the brown swirling clouds, and then I happened upon a most glorious and enchanting Land; for to my young 12 yr old eyes it was a Land - sand, golden sand everywhere. I didn't walk when I moved, it was effortless, in fact I question was I the one moving ! I drank .in the vibrant, dancing colors which were alive, and radiated Pure Love. The sky was a beautiful blue, a blue unlike any blue I'd ever seen on Earth. The Sun was bright but nowhere to be seen. I searched the majestic and soothing blue sky to see where the Sun was, alas, it was nowhere to be seen. I moved past bungalows built from glittering sandstone, I didn't see anyone else but knew I was not alone. Finally I arrived in what I would call a cathedral. It was huge, it went on forever. I looked around and counted 12 stain glass windows with figures in them, none I recognized. And then a Voice spoke to me asking me three questions, it was both internal and external, the Voice. Is your name - ***** ? Do you believe in g_d ? Do you love g_d ? And then I awoke back in my rented physical carriage. For months I suffered a great depression. Everything back on Earth was a drab black and white compared to the aliveness of the colors I had experienced when I returned Home (Home is infinite, just prepare yourselves for its breathtaking beauty - and prepare to be shocked, in a nice way). At this time I had an immense dislike of orthodox religion and gave my religious education teacher a really hard time at school. Often being sent out of the classroom. For me Bill Shankly was g_d(Liverpool FC Manager - legend), and Liverpool FC were my religion. The 11 players and 1 substitute were the 12 disciples - hey that makes Shanks Jesus ! Spooky ! I answered yes to each question. I don't use the word g_d and when I do I write it as I have here in this post. I prefer the term Source, and occasionally Beloved (Sufi influence).
