On the importance of not paying for what is good

Lliked Schwartz #ted talk. Agreed on importance of virtue, disagreed with solution proposed: acknowledging heroes

virtue comes from the inside. We should instead take away all incentives, then virtues would naturally spring.

If I am NOT getting paid for the good I do, the book I write and the song I compose, then wisdom sweet dew will be my true reward.

and whoever tastes wisdom sweet dew is bound to look for it again and again. It is a positive feedback process.
