Books on the chi/pranic oriented view of the heavens?

I want to read a good book on the interaction between our plane and other planes, that isn't christian based, or an astral projection book. I'm looking for possibly very full taoist or yogic view on spirits, karma, reincarnation.... etc

 

any suggestions from the friendly bums?
