Hey everybody,

I'm just postin on this forum to get some information from people who are most definitely more knowledgeable than me about these spiritual matters. Being new to all this stuff, and fairly young (21 years old), I have quite a few questions on my mind. I've been practicin some basic kundalini yoga, and pranayama for about a month and a half now, and I've started using Bruce Frantzi's exercises from Relaxing into your being. I just wanted to know if these can be used together as I have been doing? I know Kundalini would be the fire method, so can you use it with the water method? Also, does anyone have any recommendations for other books that may help me?
