Hi there! I wish to practice Michael's stuff for health and growth, but I can't find the DVD's that used to be available. All I see is workshops and expensive $600 memberships. I am out of work and have very little money and can't afford this. Does anyone still have these DVD's / videos they want to get rid of or sell? I don't see anything on youtube either. I don't see them online at all. I think I get the gist of stillness-movement from his book. You essentially relax and keep attention / awareness on the LDT and allow your body to move in any way that comes up. Is that pretty much all to it in simple describing? Too me, it looks kind of similar to kunlun in that you let whatever happens in the body to happen (minus the raised ankles and arm / hand placements). I will read up more here on this site to see if I can find out more about it. Gift of the Tao is another thing. I don't understand the movements from the book. Why are the videos / dvd's no longer available for people who don't want to or can't afford to buy a course / membership? If anyone has any info or access to the DVD's, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!
