From a CNN story. Ian Webster created this interactive globe that shows the regression/progression of predicted Continental drift over the last 750 million years based on the models of paleogeographer Christopher Scotese. I find it fascinating. With it, you can enter the city you live in, or any city, or multiple cities, and then pick a time period to see where that location was in relation to the rest of the continents. It goes in roughly 20-30 million year increments from the present back 750 million years. It also gives a brief account of what is expected to have been occuring in evolution at that time. This image of 500 million years ago shows the three places I've lived all being underwater in shallow seas. https://dinosaurpictures.org/ancient-earth#500 A bit of fun. And... Paleo-geographer. Wow... that's a thing now. How purely awesome!
