This is meant as a thread to warn others so they don't make the same mistake as me. I've been trying on and off to try and flex my PC muscle so that I could orgasm without ejaculating. About a month ago I was masturbating and upon orgasm I flexed as hard as I could. About 5-10 seconds into the experience it was like something "popped" in my belly. It felt like a hole opened with an inwards suction in my belly. Like something got sucked in. There was no pain, just this strange feeling. The next day my belly bulged outwards and was sore. For some reason, my penis is hanging to the left now and seems longer when in a relaxed state. Ever since then I've suffered from premature ejaculation/penile hyper-sensitivity. It doesn't take more than 10-20 seconds after I begin masturbating until I pop, and there is no way I can control it. I used to be the master of personal control in that domain, but no longer. Also, there is like a knot in my stomach when I masturbate and lean back in the couch. I don't have a clue as to what is wrong, or which doctor to contact. They'll probably look at me with a blank stare. My best guess is that I've strained some sort of muscle or nerve in the groin or stomach. And somehow this is connected to the sexual centers and making them overexcited. Or maybe I have developed a weak or over-tense muscle somewhere, and this is causing it. As it is now, I wouldn't recommend PC muscle exercises to anyone. My suggestion would be to try and see if you can use your concentration/mind (no muscle contraction) to separate orgasm from ejaculation instead. So, there it is - a friendly warning for all of you out there. Proceed carefully in this area. You don't want to hurt your best friend .
Here the thing I'm about 8 days in the practice with no masterbation , and iv noticed some fantastic results such as a more connectedness to all things, higher energy, and bit more confidence. But I haven't had a female partner in 3 years, and part of picking up this anciant eastern practice is to overcome the fear of intimacy, long story short being burnt by the opposite sex of the years.. Do you have to have partner in taking seminal retention into practice with out striving to be celibate?
Hello Everyone -- This looks like a great website and I'm looking forward to being part of it. Just this year I discovered Mantak Chia's book about Cultivating Male Sexuality, and it is something that I'm trying to do. Started in August and have had mixed results. Part of this is I think that I am trying to do this all on my own, and it would be great to talk to some experienced people that could maybe help guide me along the way. I also have started w Qi Gong, 8 pieces of brocade, and enjoy that as well. I think the benefits of semen retention are obvious, but again, being new to this, have questions
