  1. hello, I have been doing tests and read about TCM and such, and i have been diagnosed by different tcm practitioners and tests that i have yin deficiency. these links of some tests and what i have been told by some tcm practitioners: " You seem to have several symptoms of a general yin deficiency. The burning of the hands, nervousness and flushing can stem from heart yin deficiency. some of your digestive issues and some of the constant worry could be from spleen qi deficiency. Eczema is commonly caused by damp heat and is probably made worse by your yin deficiency as well. As for your tongue, the deep centerline crack reflects yin deficiency. The soft, somewhat flaccid texture of the tongue reflects chronic spleen weakness. the bumps of the tongue reflect chronic heat accumulation, which in your case is probably a result of the chronic yin deficiency. it is a little hard to tell but it does look like the front of the tongue is a little brighter red than the rest, which is another sign of heat which has accumulated in the upper." tests: http://imgur.com/a/bqOMz http://imgur.com/a/xD1Tz Can someone explain me the yin energy and how it is absorbed (ground or cosmos..or...) and what food or lifestyle is yin, and techniques and such that may help me in balancing, since i don't have much knowledge in tcm. thanks
  2. Looking For John Chang Or Body Work

I joined this site because I watched a video about John Chang and was interested in trying to locate him. I have a son that has Apraxia and cannot speak very well at the age of nine. I have always felt this was some sort of energy block. I would love to have somebody of the caliber of John Chang do some body work on my son. I realize running him down is an issue for many. Is there any body else that is highly recommended? Thank you!
  3. Hello, I was just reading about jing, qi and shen and there are a lot really, but for now i want to practice and try to cultivate the jing after reading its benefits. I was wondering if anyone knows some good videos on youtube or something that you recommend that teach how to cultivate it or maybe a website? or if it is possible to explain here, if you know any? and If you are advanced in such cultivation, can you tell me about your experience and how your journey was, and what impact did it have on your social, love and sexual life.. and other aspects of your life? Also, I do practice vipassana, is there a link between vipassana and cultivation the jing energy? Thank you.
  4. I have been diagnosed as having eczema on some part of the skin, its been said to be caused by skin oil and stress and heat. and seems that it can't be healed with meds. The bad thing about it, is when the weather is hot and stuff gets heated it, it becomes itchy. so i was wondering what could be the energy reason for this genetic thing to become activated, for example, i do know that allergy is related to immunity system being overreacting and could be related to a fear or lack of safety and this the body stays alarmed and causes energy..etc. so what about Eczema, what past issue or life circumstances might activate it, and the heat seems to cause it to itch and inflam it. and how it can be healed? in terms of energy or past healing, or natural remedies ... etc? Thank you !
  5. hey, I practice vipassana, even though lately not having time to practice it.... anyways my case is, when i m really feeling and focusing on body, a really painful sensation arises around heart, more like a circle or lines around it (around the middle of my chest where the heart is located). Also, when i investigate other parts of the body (with focus), there is a string of pain (dunno if it is a meridian) coming from my middle finger and moves up my arm to chest and to that circle of pain. usually that string of pain comes like waves of pulsation going into the heart. this pain arises most when its been a time, I didn't masturbate and when i m focused on my body. when i masturbate, the after it goes and decrease and thus i won't feel it anymore up till a period of time. feeling that feeling of pain and trying to deal with it, with watching/observing allowing it to be... didn't work much. Also, the more i focus that pain is very tough and strong... and thoughts of "it seems i won't last much on this earth...etc", it is not like i fear death, i don't mind it but yeah. I do have some kind of throat pain (when to doctor and said there is nothing) that arises from time to time when i focus on my body but that is maybe a different story but currently this is stronger any ideas? any help is appreciated. Thanks
  6. i always knew that these bowls exist but never actually gave them attention when i actually tried one. They amazing tones ! beautiful !! for those who has experience and knowledge in the bowls.. do you think they are able to heal with tones? and do you believe in the water discharging, where you put the water and make the boil sing which creates a fountain (youtube video below) ? Please do tell about your experience with it and how do you use it and how do you choose one since each bowl has a tone. and what is actually the difference between cleansing and healing? Thank you
  7. I was wondering how do u differentiate between intention, visualization and imagination when u are sending healing or trying to communicate energetically. As i have been noticing some people use intention to connect or heal the person over distance without actually having a thought or an image of the person and seems to be related to introspection but going outside, it is like sensational maybe. some people may use some kind of an image of body healing it or visualize energy with certain color going inside. And others imagine a whole scenario of an environment, the person they are trying to connect to him and what is happening with them and maybe where they live and the room they are in. what about you? how do u differentiate between them or maybe you consider them the same? and what is more effective (in terms of healing or connecting...) based on your own experience? Thanks.
  8. what is next?

after meditating, healing, doing qigong and etc of other practices... what is next? after reaching that state of presence, stillness, mindfulness, awareness, observing the body, thoughts,.. what is next after all that? how to measure the progress? and what are the levels or stages how to know where are you at? what is the goal you are working toward?
  9. Beginner Meditation

Well, I have begun my meditation journey and I love the effects. I am registered for 10 day Vipassana in August (praying I get in) and they told me I have a good chance of getting in. However, Ill be going back to college after that so if I won't there will be some time before my next chance. I am realizing meditation is my path. I like how it feels and relaxes for my mind and body. I meditated in the sauna and got tk the point of barely breathing (didnt feel like I was breathing). I try to concentrate on my nose, but I was wondering: is that the best spot to focus on? I got back to the room and continued the meditation and I came across another question: is it okay for my breathing to be in sort of a 1,2 rhythm as opposed to say a 6,12 count rhythm? What does this mean? Should I nudge my breath toward being slower? I am buying "The Little Book of Meditation" tomarrow thanks to The Energy Cultivator's Handbook thread. One last question: I have a pinching pain inches under my right (and sometimes left) shoulder blade that wont seem to dissipate. Any advice or should I just continue meditating the way I have been?
  10. Hi all, First off is there any way to delete a topic on the mobile version of this site? All I see are options to edit posts. So I have started my journey of meditation, but I was wondering if it should be coupled with some form of weight training, or cardio. In Chia's Awaken Healing Light of the Tao, he says exercise is important, but that you lose chi when you get out of breath. Should I just get into the sauna as exercise and do some Zhan Zhaung in there? I dont know if Im ready for Chi Gong or how I would practice it because I dont have wifi so I can't watch youtube really. Any good books that teach Chi Gong? Also I enjoy running on the beach by my house. Should I do that or would it mess up my energy to be out of breath? I used to go to the gym a lot, but I am a small guy so I have to eat a ton to gain any weight. I really don't think I need to be gaining weight, I just liked the effects of the gym (increased testosterone, increased vascularity). What are you guys' opinion on these topics. I know theres already a post about weightlifting which I have read. P.S. Does anyone find Mantak Chia's 6 healing sounds or Inner Smile meditations useful?
  11. hey, I have been noticing a lot of people i know who have done healings through different meditations or practices always had the issues come back when they are down or something. It is like the pain from the past is still there but when u do healing you become more optimistic and present and in the moment and so u are less likely to feel or worry about that issue. After time, this pain gets triggered and u are back into the same situation of feeling the same pain of the same issue coming back. I had this problem.. even tho i know the issue, what happened and reasons and everything. when i m not in total focus and present and mindful.. this issue can be triggered back. for example: if it is a pain related to confidence.. if i focus on it and heal it (myself or an important healer), it makes me feel more confident. but later on few months later it get triggered back. healing and inner work seems like a pill to not feel the emotional pain and be happy but when this is gone all the pain is back. it is something noticeable among different people that participate in different practices meditations or qigongs and even with known important healers in their domains. My question would be, how the problem/pain/issue or could be a craving, can be radically removed.. i know the memory of the past is still there, but the trigger of emotional string to stop and see it as it is ? Thank you!
  12. Healing vs Medicine.

I was wondering lately about when to use healing through energy and when to go and take meds and such. Many views on healing claiming that everything from sickness and different kind of symptoms is related to energy stagnation happening due to a karmic or psychological/past issue. and that can be healed through working with energy and healing those stagnations and such. and not healing the wounds on energetic levels means that they will appear in another way in form of sickness or other materialization in the physical reality. Other views sees limitations to the healings in terms that stuff can be healed and other can't, and it is left to the medicine. Also, i m asking this question because lately i was having this throat/adam's apple uncomfortable sensation of like there is a stagnation with a little pain sometimes and some hardness in swallowing in my throat/adam's apple. and these sensation increase if i focus (during meditation/vipassana) and when an emotional / drama scene appear on tv or in real life. sometimes when i scan the body and find a pain or an energy sensation on a body part, with a lot of focus of allowing, letting go, accepting it as it is, the pain disappears... but this one is growing and links up sometimes to ear and eyes. So currently not sure if it is root is malfunctioning of an organ maybe the thyroid or other physical thing, or an energetical problem, or an energy issue (related to something of past/psycho) causing the malfunctioning of an organ or something ? and i don't want to treat it through med without solving the actual issue if accepting the view that all is energy related. So how to know whether it can be solved through energy or medicine (taking meds)? Thanks.
  13. John Chang

I am mostly interested in John Chang from Indonesia, I have watched his videos and my son has a similar gift where he can see energy and direct it and has done healing on me, friends and some animals. We would really like to be able to contact this man and possibly meet him someday. Personally I don't study this exactly, I am more into sound healing and Sanskrit mantras, interested in Buddhism and Hinduism. I do believe in this form of healing it is just my sons thing.
  14. Master Jiang book

I'm in China and have visited Master Jiang with Aurelian and a group of 10 more people. The visit was a great experience. People who needed healing were all healed and the chi kung practice was taught to us. Maybe later I will have a post about my experience, how it was, what happened, but now I just want to make an announcement about Aurelian's "Adventures in Qi Healing with Master Jiang" book. Everyone who orders his book between now and our landing in Romania will get two books for the price of one. We are flying tomorrow back to Europe and probably this deal will end on Monday morning. As usual people who want to visit Master Jiang with Aurelian are welcomed to register on his site - http://masterjiang.com/

Hello, everybody!!! I am an 30 yrs old Engineer, practicing meditation for last few years. But right now, I am going through, what appears to be healing crisis. So, through this forum, which I am a member through facebook, I would like to come in contact with like minded people and learn new things. 16. Project: Healing Playlists

I'm looking for short playlists suggestions for healing purposes. If someone is angry, depressed, anxious, in pain etc., what list of music songs would help them? I'm looking for specific songs, well thought out and in order, that could help snap people out of negative moods.
  17. Back pain, Why am I'm going to share this? Everyone is going to go though it at some point in their lives. It can become an obstacle to our Qigong or Tai Chi practice and so many other things of course. I read before that some members have had back issues also so I decided to share. Long story short, I had lower back pain and sciatica for over 6 months. I tried many things and eventually my back got healed. I wanted to share with you guys what had helped me. Having back pain for such a long time for sure was my karma, I don't doubt that. But I feel I should share with you guys the things I did that worked and that healed my back. 1 - Diet - Having an anti inflammatory diet is a must. The main two things I completely cut out of my diet were sugar and caffeine, especially coffee. Both of those things create more inflammation and slow down the healing process tremendously. Sugar and caffeine do much more damage beyond that but in the scope of this little post I like to keep it to the point. 2 - Exercise - Twists, leg raises and other exercises that strengthen the core muscles is really important. Once the corse muscles get trained properly and become stronger it's easier for you body to keep things in place. 3 - Correct sitting posture - No more sloughing on chairs and couches, always sitting straight without leaning against something really helps strengthen core muscles and keeps you alert also. Sitting on the ground is best. 4 - Chiropractic adjustments - I had a friend give me chiropractic adjustments, mainly my neck and back. My atlas kept going out of place, what created a strain on my back, my lower back being the weakest point, that's where the trouble started. After 5 sessions things stayed in place and my body was adjusting to the original postion of the spine again. 5 - Inversion Table - At some point along the road I was very desperate to heal my back so I decided to buy an inversion table. In that way I could hang upside down with no strain anywhere and that allowed my spine to relax, create space and align. This made a huge difference! It completely removed my sciatica (pinched nerve). I still hang upside down twice daily to keep my spine in excellent shape and of course inversion has many other great benefits. After a long day it's the ultimate way to de-stress. 6 - Prayer - Prayer is powerful. It never hurts to pray for the right thing. If you have back issues, pray, pray that you may be healed and keep having faith that one day you will heal your back. The right circumstances will happen one day to let that happen. 7 - Herbs - There are great herbs that you can take to reduce inflammation and assist the body in healing itself. One of them is a herb called "Sallaki" There are other herb also, either Ayurvedic, Chinese or other that can assist you but really depends on the individual. 8 - Acupuncture - Everyone knows this. It is always helpful. Can help greatly with reducing inflammation and clearing out the pathways for the energy to flow better to heal yourself faster. 9 - Qigong - For the little Qigong I was doing during this time I feel it has helped a bit. Specifically I was doing Flying Phoenix Qigong learned from Sifu Terry Dunn. I wasn't able to do much but when I did I feel it helped. If at least one person has drawn inspiration from my little post here then it was already totally worth it. If you have back pain, may it heal fast for you and may you continue to do great things in life. Ben PS: I'd like to encourage everyone reading this to share their ways of getting rid of their back pain.
  18. Bonewits

So, I'm currently reading a book by Philip Bonewits called Real Magic. On page 49 he briefly mentions CPK Assimilation (CPK = Cellular PsychoKinesis), thus; "For those of you who regularly perform faith-healing or curing rituals, there is an interesting phenomenon you should be aware of. It is an overlap between CPK and telepathy in which the disease is absorbed accidentally or deliberately by the healer, who exhibits the same symptoms for a short time, after which the disease vanishes from the patient and healer alike. This.....can be very dangerous to the practitioner. [....]Since if rules are broken, the healer may not be able to get rid of the disease assimilated" Does anyone have any experience with this?
  19. my position and my goals

Hello, friends. I suppose I'm here because I feel like self-improvement is to be found in TCM, Qi Gong, and/or Tai Chi. The only problem is that I'm a complete virgin on all three subjects, with virtually no knowledge of even their basics. I'd appreicate any sort of advice and pointers you guys might have for me, and am totally open to answering any questions. Thanks!

  21. Hellooo!

Pleased to make your acquaintance. My name is Isaac. Before a recent diversion of attention, I had been an unregistered visitor to this site for a while. I had finally come to realize that my modality of faith, which was christianity, was seriously lacking in relevance to my life. I had been dealing with mountains of guilt from my past, with depression, and self hate, isolation, and soul rending loneliness as a result. It had gotten to a point where I was desperate for truth, and if i couldnt find any, I would allow the already growing thoughts of ending my life take over me. So, at 19 I began a whole lot of digging and reading into actual, verifiable methods of healing, as so many belief systems claim to have. I figured if i could find some good scientific proof, then bam! Theres what i needed to get into. While being raised in a pentecostal environment all my life "healings" were not unheard of though I'd never seen any, or knew anyone who had that kind of experience. And when I tried to research medically verified instances of this, the claims always came short. THEN by a magnificent synchronicity I stumbled across reiki, with wonderful documentation to back it up. Then soon qigong, then of course I found myself here. And here is where my life pretty much changed. I found myself in the midst of a bunch of wonderful, peaceful, and intelligent people having perfectly cognizant civil discussions about everything I had questions about! How intriguing, I thought, They must be onto something if they poses such sincerity, and peace in their words! So I began following the forums, learning much about The Tao, and I was in love! Absolutely nothing had made as much sense to me before! Life ceased to be a battle, and I saw it for the beauty that it really can be. and on top of that I found out the workings of the body that those in the East had known for so many years, and how balance brings life and healing. Its what I needed to heal all my wounds that hadnt been done TO me, as they didn't exist, but those that I had lead to manifest as a result of my lack of understanding. And the road since has been full of discovery and revelation. But NOW in my time away getting caught up doing regular dumb teenaged things with my buddies, things have happened and, I've made poor choices that have left me again looking for ways to regain the balance I've gambled away. Living in a small town I dont have too many options when it comes to friends, and of course they aren't interested at all in Tao, or spirituality but rather cigarettes drugs and alcohol. Of which I partook along with them. As a result I've changed negatively. My body is in disarray, and I've lost the bright light, and the wonderful light I always had. Consequently many brain cells too. So here I am once again to ask for guidance to regain my health, and ask questions I cant seem to find answers to elsewhere which is why I've decided to sign on up. I hope to make connections, and become great friends with you all! I could definitely use some folks who are like minded. Much loveee, Isaac
  22. The Spiral Path

Was recently asked the question: what is the goal of your spiritual path? My pat answer is 'enlightenment'. Which is wholly unsatisfying to me these days. It is like a sound byte I've regurgitated from some Saturday morning talk show. What does it mean? When I thought about it a bit more I refined it into more practical terms. I want to heal the old pains I still hold onto. I want to be more open and loving and aware. I want to release those things that hinder loving kindness and inhibit greater awareness. Awareness is the most tangible thing I could point to in my pursuit of a spiritual path. I want to expand my awareness and simultaneously pinpoint and anchor it deep within. And then a strong mental image blared in my head. A spiral path along a toroidal sphere. As above, so below I've always been obsessed with spirals. When viewed from above, or head on, they look like a circle. When viewed from outside, they are ascending or descending, depending on the perspective. In my new understanding, I see my path as this spiral along a toroidal sphere. The sphere represents my awareness and as I transverse it, it expands and contracts in a natural cycle. Oscillating energy outward and upward, then inward and down. Like waves, as they grow when they arrive at the point of highest extension/yang, then duality is expressed and the weight of the wave, the force of its excessive yang tumbles into its opposite/yin and the wave softens and yields to the conditions around it striking balance. A drawn bow settles in balance, this is one expression of the energy of Tao. My own path follows a natural cycle. Periods of growth (learning, seeking), upward and outward and then a natural retreat, into solitude and introspection. Discovery, adaption and synthesis leading to greater awareness, which triggers in me a desire to reach out again with this new awareness to look at all I saw before with new eyes and before I know it, I'm back, expanding outward, reaching out and exploring again. Although it can appear to be redundant and repetitive, I have not found this to be the case. Each trip around the sphere results in another aspect of awareness. The work is cumulative. One analogy I like is the ball. If I experience a ping pong size awareness and I read a book or have a conversation, I will have a ping pong ball sized understanding. If I experience a planet sized awareness... Much like working through emotional problems, it can feel like we are repeating the same cycles over again and simply reliving the past. But I have found similarly, that this is also cumulative, at least in the context of actual spiritual introspection and work. If you are really pursuing to experience the source of your suffering, you will peel layers of the built up injury over time. Much like an onion is peeled. It will often feel like you've done this so many times before, why am I still here? Am I making no progress? etc... In my experience I have found that I was not simply spinning in place, but peeling the many layers that built up over time. I have experienced in a couple areas of my life, peeling the onion to its core and finding nothing. The story I was carrying, I realized after peeling enough away, was a story that no longer applied to me. Dropping that emotional baggage was then as easy as dropping a heavy bag at the airport. My path is beautifully spiraled. Cyclical and cumulative, leading to a more natural, open and loving awareness of life. Think it might be time for me to ask my teacher to introduce me to Bagua. edit: add pics
  23. Prof. Jerry Alan Johnson - 2014 Seminars During the beginning of March 2014, Professor Jerry Alan Johnson will come out of retirement and teach two exciting 3-Day Seminars in Monterey California. “In recent times, the original energetic techniques that were traditionally passed down from master to disciple in the clinic, are not being preserved or incorporated into modern acupuncture colleges. This is because many of these esoteric energetic techniques were considered to be “superstitious” by the Communist Party, and were rejected because of their spiritual connotations. It is sad to witness, that instead of creating intuitive energetic healers, most modern acupuncture colleges tend to generate sterile/mechanical “point by numbers” technicians. When I began my formal clinical training back in 1978, my acupuncture teacher shared several special techniques and energetic applications used for clinical application, that were passed down to him from his master. To date, I have not witnessed any of these clinical applications being taught to modern acupuncture students. These clinical techniques included special Talismans, Incantations, and Chants used while performing Acupuncture, Moxa, Cupping, Qigong Exercises, and when constructing Herbal Prescriptions.” – Prof. Jerry Alan Johnson. 24. This is based on the teachings of this book: http://www.amazon.com/Resurrection-Neville-Goddard/dp/0875168256/ref=sr_1_sc_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1387097029&sr=8-1-spell&keywords=nevill+resurrection As well as the Christian Bible, where it talks about how a curse will come back to you if you send it out and it is unmerited, and the "where two or more are gathered together..." Here is the idea in a nutshell... You receive what you give. Once you give something, you make yourself open to receiving it. So, if you were to give out anger to someone, you leave yourself open to receiving anger in return. Hence you end up with an argument. But there's a little more to this than that... A person is more receptive when they are not conscious of the receiving. In our argument example chances are you don't realize you are leaving yourself open to receiving anger by giving it out, there's not a lot of consciousness or awareness going on, so it works. But if you were Mr. Scrooge, to use a holiday example, and I walked up to you and said, "Blessings To You This Christmas" you would say "Bah Humbug!" and the blessing would bounce off you and back to me. But let's say you are sleeping one night, and maybe you aren't entirely a Scrooge. There is a crack there where you might, in some certain circumstance, bless someone. So I send out my blessing to you late at night while you sleep and it enters that little crack and sets to work on manifesting in your life in some way. No crack, no blessing. So you have to be willing to give out whatever it is someone wants to give you. If you can't give it, you can't receive it. With me so far? As you can see you really need to watch what you think or say about people, because if you sent out a negative thought towards someone who is incapable of giving that same negative thought, it will come back and bite you in the arse! So if you are miserable the first thing to do is look inside. What have you been saying to yourself? How do you feel? What kinds of energies have you sent out to others? It wasn't all that long ago that I would see a couple walking hand in hand and my thoughts were not very kind. I felt like the Grinch at Christmas. The consequences of my action? My mindset, thoughts, beliefs and programming? I'm 38 years old and not only have I been single and unmarried all my life, I am still a virgin (not by choice), I haven't even been a real date and I certainly have nobody's hand to hold at this moment! I know that was a little personal. I didn't need to say all of that. But I wanted to give you this as a warning. An extreme case of the kind of things that could happen to you. You get what you give. You give what you get. Thankfully I stopped feeling that way and now when I see a couple walking I smile and am happy for them. I am still alone at present, but not for long, I am sure! This thread is all about tapping into this power in a group setting. It's an experiment, meaning the recipients must post replies and keep everyone up-to-date on what is happening as a result of their involvement with the group. We're proving that this idea works, so we can use it for the benefit of others and ourselves. So here's the plan, which can be adjusted as needed. If you want to participate, post what you would like to receive. Also post a picture so we know who to send this to. How do we do that? Neville describes a few types of mental “seeing.” There is mental hearing, mental sight and mental action. From my own person experience you may be able to do one or any combination of these at various strengths. I am mental sight and action, with a presently weak ability for mental hearing. I can see things in my mind's eye as clearly as I can see things in the physical world. So I will take one or two requests, write what I call a visualization script, that is basically like a movie I will play in my head, answering the request. You may do something similar. Now it is not enough to just see. You will have to practice mental hearing. Because you are going to have a conversation with the image of whoever it is you are visualizing something for. You will see them receive this, hear them thank you, maybe shake their hand, maybe have a discussion, maybe get a tearful hug. Do not force here. Keep your script, if you make one, basic. Let things flow naturally. Do not use force. Don't be Alfred Hitchcock in the Director's Chair. Your script is more like a vague description of some movie you would like to remember. You are asking the energy I call Source, which you may call Tao, God, Buddha or something or someone else, if they remember this movie. They go “Ah Ha!” and it begins to play. Understand? Less manufacturing, more allowing. Probably what is actually going on here is a sort of premonition. A collection of scenes of what could happen, given the person, what you are giving them, and yourself as the sender. You are basically seeing a glimpse of one possible future. That would be my guess anyhow. Anyhow there is no need to dwell on that, and its OK if you don't agree or see things differently. We can start a whole new thread for that if you want. The main point here is there is something you want in your life, so you will post your request and a picture of yourself and someone, or several someone's, will take your case and send you the requested thing (BTW we need a picture of you, full body, so we can clearly see you in our mind's eye.) They will silently set to work envisioning your receiving of the requested thing. They will not post in this thread. We will use the, “...pray in closet...” mentality here. So you will not know who is sending you the requested thing. But you will come in and give a progress report after the request has been answered. A progress report, not a complaint, not an “Is it here yet?” Just let us know if your request has been granted and provide as many details of the granting as is comfortable and appropriate. Yes, any request may be asked here. But keep in mind how this thing may work and be very careful how you word things! The last step is for all parties to give thanks, before and after the request has been granted! This is very important! Make your request, then forget about it. Just make a mental note to tell us when it has been granted. As you proceed through your life give thanks for this request as if you already have it. Feel as if you have it. Also be thankful for any related things. If you are asking for healing for cancer in your lungs, spend time every day being thankful for your stomach, kidneys and heart working so well! Understand? For example, Michael Bernard Beckwith, in “Spiritual Liberation”, says take time to give thanks for your kidneys every time you use the restroom. PP time. The restroom is the perfect place for a prayer of thanks. I tell myself, when I am sitting on the throne, that I easily release everything which I need to let go. OK, I think that covers it! I will start the ball rolling with my request: I am requesting mastery, not control (all control is rooted in fear), over my sexual urges. Now I know this is sort of a tricky and possibly icky thing to work with, so here are some ideas as to how you can help me with this. You can picture me sitting at the computer, staring at the Bing search screen, knowing that I am thinking about searching for some pornography. You can picture me shaking my head no, saying no. You can have a conversation with me about it. Maybe you have your hand on my shoulder and are telling me about how self-destructive this could be. Maybe you are sharing your own personal experience. Whatever works for you. But we have a conversation about this. You can imagine the desire to search and any thought of searching leave my mind. Maybe picture me turning off the TV, pulling out my meditation pad (a folded orange blanket under a pillow with an orange case, one side specked with mold stains – long story) and meditating. Another possibility is if you are a male, you know when the desire comes over you. Picture me sitting there, the desire coming over me. You know how that feels, I assure you that feeling is probably universal for all human males who are not celibate. Anyhow imagine that feeling just evaporating. Dissipating. Disappearing. Maybe see it as a pink fog rising out of my body, dissolving in pure white light. Or maybe you have a healthy, positive high-vibration way you deal with it. If its not too personal for you, imagine me dealing with it using the same method, maybe even following you teaching me. If the whole sexual urge thing is too much and you don't want to touch that with a 10 foot pole that's OK. I love and accept you as you are, and bless you just the same. You may use this secondary request if you wish. I would like to find, as soon as possible, enjoyable, fulfilling, meaningful and well-paying work! Until I have that I would love to have some extra money to do some last minute Christmas shopping with! That one should be easy to deal with. Pretty much all of us want the same thing, so I will not give you pointers here, but you may ask for some if you would still like them. Here's a pic of me: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=628039680593037&set=a.483508301712843.117126.100001610314806&type=3&theater However you choose to help use your words, your unique way of thinking and talking. Take anything I have said as a suggestion only. If others have personal issues and assign some guidelines to help you, follow them in your own way. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for any request you may send out for others or myself. Blessings and love to all who read this thread, whether they participate or not! I am looking forward to your requests and reading about their manifestation in your lives!
