  1. LOL maybe i went a little overboard with the title, I just like the way he describes things. It's good you liked the video.

He didn't seem to mention the depression and madness period.

I just have a problem with the title of the thread. If I see a video with title "the greatet soccer performence by Joe", I'd expect to see some soccer footages. If the entire video is about Joe's interview with a reporter, I'd expect different title like "Q & A by the great soccer star Joe".

I did learn a lot from his video. Thanks for posting.

  2. I think the entire video should be very interesting for everyone. I honestly think all of it is very relevant to just about everything on the this forum.

Would you be willing to highlight specific minutes of his talk (that would be of the most interest for some of us) to watch?

The part where he describes the way he sees the world after his transformation, I am pretty sure that is a pretty good description.

The titile of the thread is "The Greatest Description of Enlightnment".

After watching the video, I didn't find the "description of enlightment".

The title of the tread should be "Q and A video by Gopi Krishna".

  3. I am very interested in this topic as well. Maybe some sort of humanitarian mission or something along those lines? Maybe a job where you are in service to something or someone? Maybe animal shelter or something? I have thought of this myself quite a bit.

My father is an engineer and they recently did some kind of medical survey and ti turned out that %60 of the entire firm were on some kind of anti-depresant. That was a real shocker to everyone. The pursuit of money really kiils people inside, the overworking and constant stress really breaks people.

  4. That is exactly what Gopi Krishna postulated in one of his books, that many people who are diagnosed Schizophrenics are actually people who have out of control Kundalini.

Marijuana has been known to induce schizophrenia in susceptible individuals for decades. There are many studies that back this up. Schizophrenia and Kundalini are nearly identical. My guess is that Schizophrenia may be a form of uncontrolled or unmanaged Kundalini. I am not sure though. I have a form of Schizophrenia called Schizoaffective disorder, and Kundalini. The Schizoaffective stuff was notable before any Kundalini stuff, and the Kundalini stuff came later, but has very similar characteristics.

When you say worms of fire - did they feel like little short lines of burning electricity? Appearing all over the body, and did it go on for days, slowly tapering off and reducing in frequency? That happened to me.

  5. Your story sounds exactly like what Gopi Krishna went through. In his case it was meditation for 17 years that finaly resulted in the full awakening of the kundalini. This is the reason why in India there is a saying that "Without a Guru spiritual progress will not be made".

Hi my name is David. 3 years ago I got so sick I almost died an my life has been living hell since then. Im not here to bring you down, and I know this is going to rub alot of people's fur the wrong way, but this all started with Marijuana smoking.
One day I was smoking and this energy popped out of my spleen and worms of fire crawled throughout my body. I almost died. 2 weeks later I tried again thinking the last batch was laced or something, but the same thing happened worse. My vision started to go black and my eyes were yellow. My heart rate I estimated was 200 bpm. (Ive gotten pretty good at estimating my heart-rate with all the experiences I've put it through) The state of mind change it brought on is comparable to taking way too many shrooms. (this was a different strain of the plant, not the same source either) I never got better even when the high stopped. I lost 20 pounds in a matter of a week or two. I almost died and no one would believe or understand what happened. I was betrayed by my family. I was now homeless. And have been for the last 3 years. (still am)
I have always been an avid researcher, and quite intelligent to boot. I researched endlessly and for 2 years thought I had some kind of parasite problem. (Strongyloides Hyper-Dissemination) Atheist as I was I did not agree with my parents hypothesis that this was an "energy illness". I discovered Taobums 1 and a half years ago and discovered various free resources to learn energy work. I had such horrible chronic fatigue and depression however that I didn't have the grit to do the exercises. Only for last half year have I been practicing seriously.
Now thinking back on it all I am almost convinced this was Kundalini Syndrome. Alot of people are on a site called "Curezone" that describe symptoms similar to mine, including some people who was brought on my marijuana or acid or shrooms or other pyschedelics like DMT or 5-meo-DMT or 2-cb. These people either think they have worms or candida.
Today's popular science does not accept the idea of energy or Kundalini. Nor does it accept the idea of Marijuana being harmful.
Even after all that's happened to me I still am not bashing the plant Marijuana. All I am saying is the truth. It happened to me and it will happen to others. Maybe only one in a hundred or in a thousand or in ten thousand. But its reality.

I dont know whether I'm looking for advice, for opinions, for debates, even for arguments, or just to warn people... but I'm posting this.

  6. I used to listed to a lot of Trance music when i was in high school and and I still do today sometimes. I recently heard a tune I had not heard in a long time and when I heard the lyrics they absolutely blew me away. I had listened to it so many time before and never really understood any of it I suppose. But now in light of my spiritual practice they make a lot more sense.

I think whoever wrote the lyrics was a spiritual person or maybe had a psychedelic experience because it seems he is trying to get an important message across and I missed it for so long LOL :o .

The good stuff starts @ the 3 minute mark.

  7. In India among the yogis it was commonly understood that if someone genuinely wants to learn about spirituality, the aspirant should be taught for free. If the aspirant feels that he is being helped he can leave a donation/offering called "dakshina" out of respect for the spiritual master.

True spirituality has never been and never will be for sale.

  8. Been going for 6 months now with this and my body looks completely different from when i started. Due to all the bhandas my abdominal region and entire body has been strengthened tremendously and I have had some amazing meditative blisses and experiences. So many spontaneous mudras and kriyas(including masturbatory ones) that I have completely lost count LOL.For anyone looking for initiation I highly recommend this.

  9. If you search on google there is an indian yogi in cross leged psoture with erect penis. I tried to find it again, but can't seem to get it. Also Sri Aurobindo talks about the needed transformation of the sexual organ for higher consciousnes to start functioning.

If you study the book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" it states how the big problem is how religious people are more easily sexually activated and then use that energy and so it completely ruins their training. This is what happened to me.

It happened to Muktananda in an even worse way as he was physically molesting girls, etc. and then he died young.

Umm... so yeah for you to say you have seen these photos - why not post links - because I have never seen photos like that - it seems strange to say this.

The traditional Brahmin training is that there can be no eye contact with females for the Brahmin priest and if it happens then a three day purification ritual is required.

So actually there is retraction of the reproductive organ as all that energy is turned into spirit-qi energy.

So like the Taoist Yoga book says at the end then the reproductive organ just shrivels away and no longer can function since the last bit of energy has been sucked away from it. haha.

  10. I should read up on Muktananda. I have also seen some pictures of yogis sitting in lotus with erections. I never understood those pics untill i started to hear about this part from books and personal testimonies of people who have went through those stages. Very interesting.

It goes away - just not right away. So you sublimate the energy up the back - and - this is from Taoist Yoga - so the erection normally retracts but if you do several breaths of sublimation - I think nine times - and the erection has not retracted yet - then it is a sign that the lower tan tien is full of the yin chi energy.

So actually at this point the body will be full of electromagnetic energy - so a good sign for me was when I sat in full lotus and I had pain in the feet - I just used the sword fingers to shoot chi out of my hands into my feet and the pain went away instantly.

So in other words full lotus with no pain since the channels are open.

But yeah Muktananda in his autobio said how when he entered into nirvikalpa samadhi he had an erection that would not go away.

    So same thing.

Umm -- of course this is why this stuff is next to impossible in the modern society since chicks sense this energy and chase after it - and society is based on draining this energy from males, etc.

    ummm....

so the erection can only be from the Emptiness - not from evil thoughts. So also this channel connects after 11 pm - that is when the yang channel opens up - so that is when the MCO is to be kicked in as the real alchemical agent.

It's like the -- how people say - the real small universe is only after the lower tan tien is filled with yin chi energy.

Actually qigong master Jim Nance just called me and he thanked me for the birthday blogpost I did when he spent his birthday with me. haha. But he then asked me about the Taoist Yoga book as he was intrigued from reading about it on my blog.

I said well it's all based on the small universe meditation. He goes - ah - now that makes sense. He said how Chunyi said you could reach Level 15 just by doing small universe meditation (MCO). haha.

So qigong master Jim Nance said he wanted to talk to me more about that Taoist Yoga book.

I should just bring him a copy on Friday.

  11. I have heard about the "erection that does not go away" from several people. sounds very interesting. I have not experienced that myself. Can u elaborate more on this?

When the lower tan tien is filled the body will be filled with strong electromagnetic fields - you will have telepathy, telekinesis as healing energy and you will be able to sit in full lotus for 2 hours nonstop in ease - or as Wang Liping had to do -- 4 hours nonstop - but he was not in ease -- he was tied down. haha.

So vibration just means that there is some yang energy being created - the positive principle as Taoist Yoga calls it. So then you sublimate the positive principle and add more spirit fire to it -- physical celibacy is not enough - it has to be mind celibacy on Emptiness for 100 days. At that time there is the erection that does not go away - and this is the real alchemical agent when the lower tan tien is full.

Probably want to stay off the internet for that.

I would do this in a second but I live with four females who attack me if I start building up my energy. haha.

  12. Okay. Now that post allows me to be a bit closer to being able to agree with you.

Let's not cloud our reasoning with unsupportable mythology. Let's stick to the facts.

I think that the "fall of man" can be traced to his/her greed for more than is needed. And this greed prevents the willingness to share. And to many's refusal to do their fair share of the work needed for everyone to live in harmony.

I don't see the eating of meat having anything to do with it. But to the cruelity, I am in agreement with you.

If you read some of the material by some of the famous historical religious figures in India, most of them say that meat magnifies greed and other negative emotions to a great degree. So who knows maybe meat does screw up something inside of us. Maybe or maybe not, who knows. Even the old testament forbids eathing of meat.
