I've been into a lot of philosophical and political debates lately. This started out as fun but ended up giving me an ulcer! Well, not literally. I think. Anyway, it is clearly time to loosen my grasp on all that bother. Sometimes I forget to just slow down. "Simplicity, patience, compassion. These three are your greatest treasures."
