  1. Howdy Peceiver Joeblast has hit the nail on the (congested) head - so to speak! You just happen to be a very sensitive being, spiritually speaking. When I fisrt started doing the mco - I had the same thing. Infact I started seeing Yi (intention) coming from people's bodies prior to them walking or moving into the space that their Yi energy moved. I had head pressure, dizzy spells and an aversion to the practice. Change your perceptions though - this is a good thing. You are more spiritually evolved than many that you would come across, and so the ascension energies may be summoned up through you a lot faster and with more intensity. The great thing about taoist practices is the empahsis on the whole body enlighenment. Many kundalini practices focus on developing the higher centers and to a degree neglect the lower centers - resulting in head based enlightenment - and an unrooted state (spaceyness, mental overload, cranial pressure and too much fire in the upper part of the body. Taoists emphasise rooting and developing the lower centers in a graduation to the higher - thus clearing blockages from the bottom up. The issue in what you are doing is that your 6th and 7th chakric centres are well developed (ie the perceiver in you is awake) - while the lower centers are not sufficiently clear. It's what mantak chia calls "having a building with no foundation - it will topple". You are toppling - that's all. So, consider do the foundations - iron shirt - is indespensible as a rooting and foundation practice - research it - mantak chias Iron Shirt I is the place to start. Iron shirt was something ancient chinese martial artists practiced as standard for up to 10 years prior to starting the real martial practices. It connects you with the earth, allowing balance and preventing head weighted spiritual pressure from higher practices like the mco. rooting - the rooting practices in IRON SHIRT 1 - is a fantastic way to earth. I work with a balance of rooting to move away from the heady experiences you are going though. But, don't judge them as bad - it's just a build up of spiritual pressure, prior to all the channels and pathways being fully open. Pressure builds and gets caught in the top part of the body, unable to flow with harmony as a integrated whole with the rest of the body. Rooting over time (years) helps this imeasurably. When the head pressure is too great, concentration will focus the pressure even more - resulting in overheating of the brain, pressure, blurred vision, running nose etc Again, you are spiritually sensitive - this is a good thing. Learn to ground. Connecting to the earth energy through the soles and perineum will allow your body to earth (see iron shirt 1) embracing the tree - practice (iron shirt 1) I had an issue of too much energy darting into my midbrow and compressing in my head. It cooked my brain, but it allowed me to extend a translucent tube from my midbrow and I jumped my whole consciousness into my abdomen - taking my whole awareness within the tantien. You see, we are comparable to a hydraulic system - when the energy system is full of energy/chi charge - (like the hydraulic system being full of fluid) the machine works as it should (in the enlightened state) - so the blockages create pockets that can trap the energy into a small space - when that happens it the head - the head centre can open - but it is dangerous because there is no release valve - like there is when our whole body is integrated as one grounded, blockage free harmonous system. So, for me that was a sneak peak of the gifts on offer when we can charge our whole system, seal energy leakage and become whole. I realised I needed to focus on the rooting, channel opening, and foundational practices - then the mco allowed a bridge between the earth, the heavens and my body. So the pressure state is a good thing but not with blockages - incorporate the whole body then the pressure will flow smoothly to the whole system - leading to whole body enlightenment - and the head charge will not disturb you - space you out - channel too much chi to the mental thought processes etc You just happen to be advanced already so slow down and know that you will get there - allow the foundation to ascend you Beyond that - the ascenscion process has been underway in its biggest pushing in a long while. The process of transformation that the earth is undergoing is a big part of what is bothering you. From 11.11.11 really, we have been careering through a planetary ascension process - and insomnia is a big part of it. Spirit will sometimes sequester our bigger selves (we can't sleep at night - aor possibly at all) - to keep us out of the way while may of our energies are rerouted, purged, cleansed and realigned with our approaching new spaces - do some reading on a woman called karen bishop - she has a regular posting on ascenscion sysmptoms that will inform you well. The MCO is doing a small degree of what the ascension process is doing in massive bursts of fire and initiatory enveloping. So, you will find that the MCO adds to the insomnia because it is ushering through even more of the ascenscion energies - but it is the way you are doing it that is causing issues. Drop the mco practice you are doing - IMO - and start also with the Fusion of the Five Elements (Mantak Chia). The version of the mco you described is something you might care to experiment with later, but eh rooting and Fusion processes allow for a far more balanced process that is graduating your way through to the higher practices - taking respectful approaches to avoiding congestion symtoms that you speak of. So,create a rooting practice, and ebb and flow with the arriving higher energies - more rooting when the pressures are intense and allow more mco and higher concentrative processes when they ease. But, do llok into the ascension process symptoms that relate to your experience of the earth ascension - totally separate from the practices. The kundalini experiences are largely related to your role in the evolution of the earth through this magnanimous period of change we are undertaking. Karen Bishop will ease your concerns about much you are going through. And the spring forest qigong processes are very simple and powerful ways to balance your energy and open the higher centers in a more balanced manner. May the force be with you
  2. How many people experience god?

Sure, I was having a yarn with Source last night...no biggy
  3. I've been practicing Fusion for a few months (the first 4 fusion formulas). I sit in half lotus as my preference, rather than chait sitting. I'd just like some tips on condensing techniques and how you create a denser pearl... I'm open to any fusion tips people care to share...
  4. The Taoist view holds 5 elements while the western tradition holds that there are 4 elements. Can everyone please share their understanding of how the two systems translate? What is the relationship between the air element and the metal element, and the addition of the wood element. I nkow that the 5th western element is ether, but how does this relate to metal and wood? I know that the Taoist way was derived from the process of nature observed, but so was the western element view. Personally I'm more comfortable with the Taoist view, but just want to meld them together...
  5. Five Elements or Four Elements?

hey!!, some beings live on regurgitate feces!! lol each to their own
  6. Mantak Chia talks about Lama Dondrup Dorje in his text Tai Chi II - Discharge Form This bubble that Lama Dondrup Dorje talks about, is it the same energy bubble that protects the energy body and physical body (the one created in formula 5 of the fusion 1 practice)?
  7. Well, there is certainly some very positive energy behind it given the amount of negative energy it has conjured up from within some of you. I didn't ask for a trial by opinion on dondrup! I asked specifically about the energy bubble. So, I guess I can extract from that indulgence that those that are negative just don't know. As far as adepts comments go - as sage is never a sage in his own hometown - so, I have to throw that eveidence out. Thanks Joblast - you didn't derail OP at all - on the contrary, you have added some very positve turn to the thread. I have experienced the empty force in its seed stages, so I know it is real. And I can feel/know when people are lying. I know that the empty force works more strongly with those that are sensitive to and go with the energy - and yet also know that this is about levels of proficiency. The more aligned with the earth force you become, the more adept you become at conducting it. So, the more powerfully aligned you become, the more you can take affect with the "all channels closed street goon" to use Dorian Black's expression. I know it is real becuase I have done it after only a few months of practice. I accidently dropped a seagul out of the sky once. And, I remember using the same force in a distance past life to guide arrows through the air. As far as dondrup only demonstrating with "true beliver" students...do you think he'd want to do it with those that oppose him, ralis & adept? It would be like trying to discuss spiritual truth with an athiest - why bother? These forum pages are very useful, but only if you can wade through the degree of negativity and indulgent abrasive expression.... What happened to transmuting negative energy into virtues? Don't get me wrong - I am very greatful for everyone's replies - but I, personally am very focused on the truth. So please try and keep answers in the light!? I just want to know if this energy bubble dondrup works with is the same as the energy bubble in the fusion exercises... Is there anyone out there game enough to admit that they have worked with dondrup? Personally, I can enter my heart and feel him. He is not the charlatan you speak of. Years ago a guy called Yeshua ben yosef was labelled in a similar fashion - and his truth has all but been lost. So, we can all make our own judgements as to the true virtue of this individual or that - ultimatley it just comes down to "did I love enough"? The answer lies within the vibration of energy of the posts made in this thread. Those that are open to and speculate with the experiential knowledge they have - have a very soothing energy - while the posts that express negativity are vibrating very irratically - its all energy in motion guys - and you get to live what you create. Peace be with you no matter what you choose... I just want to go higher!!! Let there be light!!!!
  8. Do what ever works for you. Try it all, see how it is different with all things that you do and you'll then know what works best. And you'll develop your own idea of what working best is, what feeling it generates. Don't be bothered by the mind/pain complex - challenge it - walk into it more - make it hurt more, and you will increase you willpower. I find, having experimented in the above manner, that doing it in nature is best. But, ultimately - your mind willsettle over time, so just stand like a tree/stake.
  9. Thanks Teknix. What you described is the process covered in lesser kan & li. I'm only focused on the fusion practice thus far - the first 5 formulas.
  10. Using the whirlpool galaxy makes a wonderful difference thanks
  11. Thanks Heath Actually I mentioned half lotus because it is actually my most relaxed position, aside from laying flat on my back - which I actually fo more of lately. When you say "the body, mind and energy settle - when this occurs the 'pearl' becomes noticed" - where do you "observe/notice the pearl"? In the naval center - or are you noticing it beyond location. I certainly notice the pearl more strongly with greater relaxation. I must disagree that moving through the organ virtues and condensing the pearl is rubbish - it is a very healing energy when cycled through the Microcosmic orbit.
  12. It does have its levels. When I come to a very very bathed state of concentration and relaxation, there is a sudden wave - literlally like an internal tsunami that washes in from my head, down the boddy to the millions of cells. It is like being bathed by the love of source - like no other cultivation exercise I've ever experienced.
  13. Yes, I know this feeling. Its like a disolving of the boundaries of heaven, earth my earthly body. It's a oneness. In that state I can push the rain and wind with my will. It is very expansive and peaceful. It usually attracts birds to fly over me. Often it brings in eagles, and falcons. And yes, the surrounding nature changes in accordance. I really notice that when I change locations for exercise. There is a greater buzz density to the movements - like the lower vibrational evergies and being transmuted by the higher charged energy within, and within the movement/intention. I actually had an earth elemental approach me and thank me for the virtue I was bestowing within his domain. He offered me energy to resolve a subluxation in my spine. I declined and thanked him anyway. I'm not one to deal with elementals in that manner. So, it is just a matter of intense focus, hear expansion and feeling the heaven and earth becoming one centreed within your being. Being on earth as it is in heaven.
  14. Nice, thanks for the re-explanation. The interesting thing for me is that I seem to get better results in the fusion process when I have a "higher noise floor" (if my understanding of "low noise floor" is correct?). I was doing the fusion process after kriaya concentration breathing, whereby triangular breathing all venous blood reduces and the system starts to suspend. I find that doing the fusion process after that is very quiet and there is not much intensity to the pearl or organ activity. (The breathing is in for 20 count, hold for 20, exhale for twenty (6 times - squeeze the whole body and realease) and 6 times of the whole cycle. This yogananda concentration exercise is wonderful to bring on om vibrations). I'm detaching from the breath by focusing on it with a hong-sau mediattion after that, and then on to just om and the midbrow focus. But, as mentioned it makes everything very relaxed, and actually made it harder to feel sensations in the fusion process. I find it much stronger to start cold. In terms of "rote methods of anapana and breath-timing" I will work with the fusion process in a more systematic focus on the breathing timing. At present I have been more focused on the sensations and generating more kinesthetic intensity. Thanks for your comments.
  15. Thanks Trunk. I think its a semantic issue on the word "denser" - bu denser I mean more intense, it feels like desity to me... At present, I'm staying with the forst 4 formulas, until I feel satisfied that my mind is suffieciently prohrammed to have a very intense pearl quickly, and that there is no thinking required at all to form all of the pakuas, collection points, and fuse the process together. I can feel that growing. As far as taking the pearl to the dantiens - I have really just been focusing on the mco and the key points - as I feel this is where the most progress is happening. I practice only 1 formula each morning, as I have limited time. I'll take the pearl to the danitens and feel what you are talking about. With regard to the mysterious pass, take a look at my thread on inner vision and dark matter . The glowing circel that I saw...not sure if it was lower dantien, or the fire at the back of the navel - but my vision was a full conscious "relocation" into the lower abdomen. How does that relate to your understanding of the "Mysterious Pass"?
  16. Really, that's interesting. I do sales calls aswell and have not found that - quite the opposite. I particularly find that when I meditate on om, and then do a sales call - they are all over me like bees to honey..
  17. Males spinning clockwise first - from right to left...is the easiest way to see/remember it.
  18. Thanks Joe - I'm feeling something good from that - can you please reword in less mathematical terms - I'm a very kinesthetic bunny
  19. I have been calmer, more centred, more virtuous, less mental, more body centred, more focused, and the pearl is somewhat stronger. It is starting to get "hotter" - perhaps more cool energy from the perineum/earth/water is needed. The drawing of pakuas is getting far more solid/automated/structured.
  20. The Tao of Dying

There is physical immortality, and there is the spiritual kind. Physical immortality is to prolonge death permenantly - but you usually get sick of that. Spiritual immortality is just a case of configuring your subtle anatomy such that you can maintain "lifeforce" and have a way to condense energy - which we normally lose as soon as we lose out connection with the physical body - as that vehicle has that ability. All you need do is construct the appropriate subtle anatomy to "catch" life force, and condense energy - easy to say in words - but a more indepth process in actuality....
  21. The Tao of Dying

The reality will not change based on whether you feel that consciousness comes from the brain - that is just a feeling/belief. Yes, you'll go out - and just like you go out when you sleep - you will go out consciously or unconsciously - it is your choice, chosen by your actions in life - ie whether you chose to master consciousness (which is a choice you've probably already made and cant remember)...
  22. The Tao of Dying

Sree said: "I like the fact that no one has been able to find the answer" to this question. That is because it is not a question really - it is a choice. We choose one of eather of those options in life:that is the answer. We choose to live in awareness of the metaphysical process, and choose to rise in conscious awareness during and through and after the death process. Or we choose to live unaware of it. Either way, we are still immortal - it is just a question of whether we wan the type of spiritual immortality that gives us the ability to move beyond death consciously with "freedom" or we just cross over into the light/Tao - and look back at it all from the point of creation like we did before we came here, again, this time. It doesn't really matter, either way - we are just light..
  23. The Tao of Dying

Sree asked:"How do you know that the body is asleep? Can you see it sleeping? And what is the nature of the wakefulness of the mind? Is it as though you are awake and can think, see, touch, hear, taste and smell?" Theexperience of mind awake and body asleep makes itself known a few ways...either you feel your subtle fingers, arms, body moving without your physical body moving - you'll often just peel/lift out like a snake shedding its skin. Otherwise you may be very focused and yet start snoring haha - that's fun. Or you might just emerge (from blackness that you suddenly dip into during focus) out of the body - either close to your body, which will usually pull you back in if inexperienced, or some other locale, usually not far from the body. But, simply it is a complete relaxation with complete focus - and you usally won't have much or any sensory (of the senses) information like smell /feel etc - unless you are half way there or very skilled and straddling both dimensions/states of awareness.
