Xienkula, That meditation sounds wicked and alittle complicated as i dont fully work with indian spiritual paths aka chakras etc. Be interesting to see this on youtube so i could get a better visual of the meanings of what you mentioned. regards WYG

Well coming from mantra chris, Max did fake his death so there nothing to speculate or rumours! It doesnt matter to me the slightest if the man has the goods right? Usually if a teacher doesnt want to teach anymore they call it washing there hands, meaning they retired from teaching. Thats all he could have basically said or done but to fake his death is a bit dramatic unless he was being stalked and tormented from his students. LOL How was his death faked, which way did he go out by turning into light or was it another way a horrible death? Interesting way to do things and to draw attention to oneself! WYG

I dont understand why Max had to fake his death, if he just said to his disciples look im retiring from teaching for now and would like to be left alone. Im sure they would honour there Sifu? But to fake your death and come back only makes him look stupid!

Hi All, This has been on my mind for a while what do you think is the most benifical and effective form of meditation? Do they all lead to the same place at the end or completely different? 1 Stillness/Emptiness 2 Visualization chakras, dan tians, gods, deities, kunalini OR 3 A mixture of both Visualization and stillness Any comments? Okay guys, i ask alot of questions some are very basic some are very deep depending on how you look at it. I ask these questions to start more threads rather just Kunlun, i think you all assume i have no idea and that is good i appreciate all your answers but i ask these questions to see what others are doing to see how my practices stand up to what is been taught out there. So thanks for answering i should make it clearer that i do know the answers to what im asking just asking others what they feel and think is best. I do take on board what others say as well and research what others are doing on the side of what i teach and practice. WYG

Hi Shen Zhen, Yeah, i read something on those lines in one of the many Kunlun threads so i though i would hope the Kunluners could share how and what happens during dragon body.
