My practice is Cobra Kai karate and i do Hara breathing, i was thinking of adding kunlun to enhance it what do you think i should do can it be mixed? Anyway like i said im done with the negative attitude towards the Kunlun Marketing it wasnt against Max personally but he must know what is written on his website for people such as i to challenge what is spoken on there!!! Wouldnt you like for someone to say "HEY you know this could be wrong or B.S" like someone telling you the car you are going to buy is a Lemon which you have no idea about? Mantra, What is Max's level i dont know but with all these different mixed match systems i hope he is acheiving something great! Is he surpassed his teachers i dont know and for a student to say that about there teacher is not good in the martial arts or cultivation. No student/disciple will say they are better then there teacher its a loss of FACE! But let me guess you will say MAX doesnt follow tradition anymore and does what he likes yadda yadda!! WYG

Scotty, yoda, Yue Looks guys i really do appreciate the Kunlun i have tried it and got alot of things happening it worked, but some of the stuff that is talking about Max is really FAR fetched, dont you agree even a small part of it sounds absolutely rediculous? I personally dont have anything against max but it really saddens me to see so many people fall for so much stuff that has been said. I dont know about all you but i wouldnt compare Wang to Max! Wang is such a higher level and his system is much more in depth and has many levels. Its not a mix match of different practices the way Max has combined his. Wangs is one pure lineage plus im sure Wang Li Ping has been through alot more then Max even though i havent met them both but going from the post of Mantra and the rest of the Kunlun followers AND the dragon gate book based on Wang Li Ping you can see some of the information and hardships he went through.

I would say that most people close to him (wang li ping) wouldnt even know how much information he truely knows! Imagine his level ??? I see WLP as a spiritual practice and Kunlun as a energy adjustment or readjustment practice so i cant compare to be honest, sorry! Basically i say Wangs is based on stillness and emptiness or void and Max's KL as a movement type energy!!

When i did the cooldown from the Kunlun i was still shaking and doing weird things i didnt feel bliss i did actually throw up afterwards. The only way to try it and see if you like it, i personally dont think it does anything but shake and adjust the nervous system and has nothing to do with spiritual cultivation (rainbow body/dragon body). It shakes and Adjust the bodies nervous system and energy pathways. I also dont feel it cultivates chi/prana or anything else (kunlun energy) lol, it just adjust the energy as the real name implies from Master Jenny Lamb. The name is called spontaneous adjustment chi kung and the name will tell you the reason of the creation of this system. What Max has added to the Spontaneous Adjustment Chi Kung could infact get you to other levels that Jennys system will not! So if people are getting dragon body from KL and RP then that is proof and looks like most people on this forum are after something that they have no idea about. Is it fun (YES) for people without any knowledge of Chi cultivation it maybe the best thing you have ever witnessed and felt/ experienced. Give it a try you may like this as it gives results (shaking) straight away, but what are in the results only you can understand and find as every person is different! WYG

To me the energy in Kunlun (shaking) is less refined thats why you shake and jump, compared to dan tian breathing in relaxation/stillness and pure emptiness. So far Kunlun doesnt bring me any bliss or emptiness like my own practice as your body is shaking and jumping which distracts you from the Stillness! I can type and lift my heels and the bodys nervous system will start to shake does that a high level practice i dont even have to hold a ball posture. You want healing from practice maybe look at the food you eat, drink water alot and or do a few fastings to help you heal dont rely on shaking to cure any illnesses it may possibly help you if u believe it will just alike placebo effect. There is one energy - ONE DAO dont worry about yin yang these are dualities created by man upward, downward flow means nothing emptiness is the key. WYG

Hi Ron, I think any authentic old decent Martial art will also be a healing art as in Energy healing this is what Internal Kung fu is about anyway. You do fukien white crane they do alot of shaking Ging to release toxins and loosens up the body. I would also say the shaking ging is part of the laying of hands of Fukien White Crane through my observation anyway as its similar to Hakka arts. regards WYG
