Hi All, Question for the Kunluner's! Does the 1st level fill the Dan Tian or does it just open the channels and flows through you but not collecting in the Dan Tian as i dont think you are guiding the energy there? WYG

Max does mention if i correctly remember that he says the Advance thunder breathing is higher level to the normal thunder breathing he showed years ago. Would u be willing to share your method of it? Hi Vajrasattva, Interesting information you have maybe Max changed after a huge enlightening session? What does Thunder Breathing do and is it a high level practice to Kunlun or part of what he does as Kunlun? A friend of mine bought his Thunder Breathing DVD from Philip Toledo and said it was a very good meditation and visualization technique. What did you get from doing Thunder Breathing? Harry, I agree i myself have judged Max in the past from other peoples comments and people telling me things, one part of me wants to try the practice and one part doesnt for safety reasons. I want to experience what TTBs have with Kunlun and meet max myself i have alot of questions about practices maybe he can help?! thanks for the post WYG

Yeah, there is so many Kunlun threads and the answers are all mixed i rather just ask and see if i get a straight answer then looking for them through hundreds of post. That being said ill be giving Kunlun 1 ago for a few weeks as suggested in the book! Cheers WYG

Hi Guys, I was listening to the radio chat with Max and he mentions that Kunlun is a root practice, what exactly does he mean by this and what makes a Root practice? So whats the Root for Kunlun, is it the heels lifted? WYG

Have any Tao Bums studied this practice or have any good information on it? I think i read here that Lama Max knows it and teachers it , is that true? Thanks WYG

I also have seated meds that use the ball done seated in a chair and half, full lotus but was wonder if the heels up is a higher level or if the full lotus would effect the chi differently then heels raised, if so how and what differences would it be?

Thanks for explaination, does your spontanious kunlun movements are done seated or you standing up when it happens? I dont think anyone would know if it is the 1st system or root system but is a very powerful way to promote your system by saying that. Im just thinking would seated in full lotus be higher level holding the ball posture compared to lifting the heels off the ground? Also its more natural to be seated on something like a chair, not all can do full lotus so would be a root way for all people by sitting comfortably on a chair?! just a thought! WYG
