  1. Mixing Practices

Jumping to opportunity to ask while Chris-Mantra is here.. Probably in a book I have seen that Max knows Taoist and Tibetan dreaming practises. Are they part of the knowledge Max is going to share on seminars or next book? Any prerequisites?
  2. Kunlun Level 1

Can somebody from seminars help... Could Kunlun Closing Practise be done in cross-legged position?
  3. Embryonic Breathing

sorry short of time... Yang Jwing Ming practice is more related to meditation... Primordial Breath practices are more or less tibetian tummo/indian pranayama...
  4. Tensegrity

you can dwell about personal qualities of Carlos for years but it is nothing to do with Tensegrity... if you investigate on Eastern guru life you will find even more... Tilopa, Osho etc... do you know how many people claim the same for last five decades?? Would be interesting to know opinion of people who practice....
  5. The reality of Max Christensen

my experience .. the higher heels of the ground the less shaking or stop it at all
  6. Embryonic Breathing

yes I did... Yang Jwing Ming book talking about completely different practice...
  7. Tensegrity

you have to decide for yourself phony or not... he died from liver dysfunction... probably from intensive dreaming practice... more interesting question is- did he really died.. as one of instructors said (not related to Cleargreen) tensegrity is really powerful qigong but very unsafe...
  8. Coyote

From interview with Carlos Castaneda CASTANEDA: We might be able to talk to any animal. For don Juan and the other sorcerers there wasn't anything unusual about my conversation with the coyote. As a matter of fact they said I should have gotten a more reliable animal for a friend. Coyotes are tricksters and are not to be trusted.
  9. Embryonic Breathing

strange enough but the most oldest text are really clear and easy to follow... the younger it is the more alchemical allegory pile up and at the end I think hardly somebody today fully understand all this tiger/dragon/mercury/cauldron cipher not to mention try to practice.. one thing which distinguish this old texts from the rest of Tao books is advocating of breath retention (like Tummo or Khumbaka) as main exercise... But thinks this way, yoga is hugely popular.. in one of main works Pradipika said do 360 khumbakas per day.. How many people do at least 3 a day? Asanas are much more pleasure to do and much more profitable to teach I did my best everywhere on the net.. nobody doing this .. I heard that Michael Wurmbrand had a group of people but also no traces of him... Original Books publishing after publishing these two volumes seize to exist..
  10. Kunlun Level 1

Hi Mantra, I still have no movements aside from leg shaking that could be stopped easily by pushing leg higher.. Is it correct that unless I get this spontaneous movements happen I do Kunlun improperly? Maybe 4 years of standing meditation are responsible for that?.. I did have a lot of sweating, shaking etc in first 16 months of it About closing .. could it be done in lotus/half-lotus position? I feel much more comfortable in it than sitting on chair Not big deal.. just curious All the best...
  11. Embryonic Breathing

Hi Mal, on my opinion it was/is worth efforts and i am happy with results.. but there are details I would like to discuss but hardly somebody can help without doing it... the practice in itself is quite demanding and time consuming for modern person and often contradict with some now-taoist accepted ideas... keep in mind that most of the works translated in vol.1 around 2000 years old..
  12. Embryonic Breathing

I don't need any feedbacks... I have been doing it daily for last 3 years..

  14. Kunlun Level 1

Thanks Mantra.. After one week... 40 minutes every day.. can't feel any movements, no shaking, no sweating.. just stillness... so I will try spiraling clockwise... I actually do 45 minutes of standing before Kunlun.. maybe it is wrong? Hope see you in January ..
  15. Kunlun Level 1

Could somebody clarify for me "after 10 minutes start to spiraling at waist" What direction? Is it physical movement or mental? How fast? other question: is it correct to aim to 80 minutes of Kunlun daily : 60 - kunlun + 20 closing?
  16. Lama Dorje

to Mantra68 could you please update us on seminar in Australia?
  17. How many Aussie Bums?

    I am in Brisbane
  18. Lama Dorje Student

Thanks Mantra68, Is his book designed for self-study practice? Hey .. bums from Australia... How many people we have over here interested?
  19. Lama Dorje Student

Few questions to Mantra68 Could Kunlun be combined with : 1/Inner Heat Yoga (tummo) 2/Zhan Zhuang (standing meditation) ?? Is it worth trying practice by book if I hardly will have a chance to visit seminar in US in near future? I thinks somebody already asked about seminars in Australia .. just re-asking again..
  20. Recently I have heard about so-called advanced exercise.. Standing Meditation with Chakra Meditation... You simply stand in 4 different postures and meditate on one particular chakra at a time... I did a try for one week and it just great ... you can feel that energy just pumping inside chakra BUT.. for me it is against all the principles of standing when you supposed to be forget about everything... could not find anything about it on net.. Any thoughts?? PS.. heard that next stage is adding breath retention... seems like tummo breathing ( or 9 wind meditation) with different chakras but standing
  21. Zhuan Zhuang and Chakras

Information from guy who spent long time in remote temple in Vietnam.. not taoist.. more chan.. He admitted himself that school is highly extreme and not without casualties but really effective....
  22. Tibetan Yoga

Anybody knows a book that has good description of 6 trulkhor exercises? "Tsongkhapa's Six Yogas of Naropa" by Glenn H. Mullin is probably the best one i have found but it doesn't really dwell on inner work of the practise.. and without it .. we can't get most of it... Some schools even claim that trulkhor exercises are not absolutely indispensable for inner heat yoga. Namaste
  23. Tensegrity

Sharp-nose, My question was where did you get idea that DJ was caught by inorganic world?
  24. Tensegrity

Hi Sharp-nose, could you please dwell on source of such a statement?
