  11. Embryonic Breath

Has anybody try to practise Embryonic Breath techniques from "Primordial Breath: An Ancient Chinese Way of Prolonging Life through Breath Control" book??
  12. Embryonic Breath

The techniques called ingesting the breath. Inhale through nose, move air to lower dan tian and hold it there. but whenever you have urge to exhale move air in your mouth, puff your cheeks and swallow this air again to lower dan tian without phisically exhaling it. Repeat three times. Exhale. Normalise breathing. it is one cycle. Start from 20 cycles every morning. In nine years one able to do as much as 360 cycles without normalising breathing between the cycles. Eventually person will stop eat any food and will be able not to breath outside air for many hours and will unite with Tao.
  13. Charles Luk's Alchemy

I practising most of the technics you mentioned aside from Tibetan ones. I don't like them. Have you ever seen book on taoist dream practice? The only one I found is TAOIST YOGA OF DREAMING by Oleg Tcherne (http://home.inbiworld.com/w_web/w_books_main_S.html) but one can't get much from it because of very vague content. Another point about Luk book. He recommeded to keep focus of attention on middle of the brains( house of spirit) as long as possible even during our normal activites. But I have read somewhere (probably Mantak) that it could be quite dangerous...
  14. Nine Step Bottled Wind Practice
