I would totally agree! That is a great point. Tao is great, but it is the basics, that gives you room to grow and experiment. If you need religion, it will always be here. It is not going anywhere.

That is quite a good way of putting it. I suppose there is much less rules in Taoism? I like the freedom. I would think Taoism, is more like a living organism, it keeps expanding and anything could be added to it. Do you guys feel the same way?

I mean the stuff they are pushing down into our throats, is it mostly propaganda, or is it more than that? Also do you think that the person made this documentary, is stealing the ancient teachings?

Most of these, Self-Help/Spiritual people who ask for money are con-man's. That is my opinion and I'm sticking to it. I suppose donations are a bit different.

Well, it could be doc and regular movies too. I have seen a few documentaries. I want movies like Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. One of the best movies I have seen in Buddhism/Tao/Zen. Thank you for sharing. I read a book: Outliers by Malcom Gladwell and it taked about the 10,000 hour theory. Basically, if you do anything for 10,000 hours which equals to about 10 years, you are supposedly a professional in that field. I wonder how true it is. Any thoughts on this?
