Hi i am new to cultivation, honestly i don't know a bit of cultivation i only have experience reading some novels and storeys then i came to know a demonstration of kiakido where i came to the concept qi, i real want to know about cultivation, and its stages i does'nt have a foundation yet and didn't practice because i don't where to start, so can anyone help me and guide through it, and i know that its not simple, we need to devote ourself to path of cultivation and iam willing to take it
