Hello folks!
I lately have taken a big interest in the Kunlun system. I got the Kunlun book by Max Christensen.
I did the first level 1 move yesterday. Before I go any further, I just want to make sure I am not doing more harm than good. I also practice Flying Phoenix-I started about 8 weeks ago for my lower back issues and its been helping. My routine is I do Flying Phoenix at 8am. Kunlun I will be practicing around 5pm so there is a big gap between the 2.
I know Max in his book stresses to NEVER mix Fire and Water systems, however Flying Phoenix is not a fire system.
Without having access to both masters of Max(Kunlun) and Terry(FP), can you folks please offer some guidance. Even if you're not 100% sure, please give me your best theories. I would love to practice them both.
