  1. Hi new here

Thank you very much for the quick answer ! It's is always better to read the feedback from current students. I suppose you must be on L2 based on the timeframes that are explained on their website? It looks like in total is like 6.5 years to go through the first 4 levels (1.5 years for L1 + 2 for level 2 + 1 for level 3 + 2 for level 4 and so on). Do you know if level 4 is the point when people start to do Faqi on their own ? I'm sorry to ask so many questions, I'm just excited for the lessons and to know more...
  2. Hi new here

I will figure that out :). On the other hand I also enrolled in the next seminar with Andrew (may 17th and 18th) in rudi's course. I'f I'm not mistaken you are a student in this course ? If that is so, may I ask when did you start your journey with him or/and might it be possible for you to share your experience so far, or give any comment and/or advice on what to expect, what to do at the beginning? (what "results" have you got so far, or feeling that you have, etc). Thank you very much, Best,
  3. Hi new here

Hello ꦥꦏ꧀ ꦱꦠꦿꦶꦪꦺꦴ, I just started this course called Yan Shou Gong with master Yap Boh Heong who explains everything about Shaolin Nei Gong at a very low level, but after having found Rudis videos on authentic Nei Gong on youtube talking about the lack of dantian activation being a limiting factor I can't help but wonder if that is something that will be explained in the course I enrolled or if that is something that can even be taught normally? I am really new to these things (I don't even know how to properly meditate) and I honestly don't know who to ask. I have read some answers from you talking about Rudi and yourself having done or doing his course. Do you have references about Yap Boh Heong ? (is it legit?), can I mix both courses teachings at the same time ? I don't know what to do. Any help will be much appreciated, Best,
