  1. How does it work?

I wonder if this is possible in real life, to cultivate into godhood, maybe this will make the Yuga cycle turn from Kali Yuga to Satya Yuga.. Though I don't know anything about Hinduism and only came across this in my studies about internal alchemy, I really hope this could work that way.
  2. How does it work?

Dragon Ball Z is honestly not the best reference to cultivation in comics, life-action movies or web-novels. The goal of cultivation in those type of medias, beside of revenge or being a hero, is to become a god like God himself (Jehova) and to comprehend the great Tao of every subjects (the Tao of sword, the Tao of balance, the Tao of calligraphy, etc.) Basically they want to reach the realm of the Xian Immortals and ascend further into a true god. This sounds silly and childish, but if you think of it as evolving the mortal soul into a celestial soul and then above that rank, it sounds at least a little less delusional and a little bit more about spiritual growth in the sense of ghost, spirits and the occult.

  4. How does it work?

I'm confused. No intention is the fundamental basis in what and why? Forgetting the words (silence) is the function of what? Why do you need to go on a diet and forget all the worries? If one forgets all their worries, will all their problems go away or does it just mean to be calm in stressful situations? Why is Jing full if the body isn't busy? What is Jing symbolizing in this? If this isn't about how your practice works then is this a responds to someone? What is the alchemy/system behind your practice?
  5. How does it work?

Not to be rude but, which part of this is the alchemy of a practice?
  6. How does it work?

@effilang Please come to thee' tread for we summon you! Oooh great spirit! Share you endless knowledge with us, guide thy new born lamps to the path of glory! How does the alchemy work in your practice?
  7. How does it work?

If my understanding of your technique is correct, then your technique should kinda be compatible with mine. It could be used as a great refinement-technique once you finish sorting/filtering the energy to where they belong. One of the differences is that your technique relies on the idea of that you already have the circuits of the spiritual body. Where in my technique it is believed that you don't have the spiritual body's circuits yet and that you start with a seed of consciousness instead.
  8. How does it work?

Um, actually, *nerdy grunt* the brain uses energy to think and concentrate. This energy you use for thinking and concentration is an electrical type of energy/signal which makes it Yin in nature, rather than kinetic energy that is Yang in nature (Jing is Yang in nature). The reason for being "over-complicating about things" is to understand the Tao of Neidan/Neigong in depth.
  9. How does it work?

Sorry it toke a while to make the "mathematical formula" make sense
  10. How does it work?

Okay So you use your mind to focus on the lower dantian (Jing) and the energy comes from your small intestines (where the lower dantian is located). Does that mean using the mind (Shen energy[1]) to focus on the small intestines area to transmute it into Jing (Jing Energy[2])and form the lower dantian (Jing dantian[A]) via the spins nerve system, to then refine Jing (Jing energy[2]) to transmute it into Qi (Qi energy[3]) and use it to form the Qi dantian (Qi dantian(B)), that then use the energy of the lower dantian (Jing energy[2]) and the middle dantian (Qi energy[3]) refine it to transmute it into Shen (Shen energy[1]) and use Shen to form the upper dantian area (Shen dantian[C])? so: [1] -> [2] => [A], [2] -> [3] => (B), [2] + [3] -> [1] => [C] -> means transmute. => means to become.
  11. How does it work?

So to understand this fully, you start with moving Qi or vital energy to the true Jing dantian, then expand the channels with it? Do you use the mind to concentrate on the energy to guide it downward or how does this work?
  12. Hello, I am a solo cultivator

Welcome How do you know they are dantians and not meridian points?
  13. How does it work?

Well I do agree with @Taoist Texts that Qigong is more likely a placebo, but I also think you can at least use it to learn and master the control over the energy while moving around, rather than only being able to do it while sitting down. BTW did you know that Western alchemy is chemistry related, where Eastern more medicine related?
  14. How does it work?

@Taoist Texts Rather than laughing, would you like to explain the alchemy/system behind your practice in details?
  15. FUCK my technique has HUGE downsides

Well, at least they were honest in the end and where wise enough to tell. While other people may be arrogant and toxic about others belief that they don't agree with..
  16. A technique is a type of informative literature. My literature teacher always said to write it like the readers knew nothing of the subject. My advice would be to: Study Internal Alchemy to some degree and look at the charts of the many spiritual structures such as acupuncture/acupressure/ meridians/ etc. Study the anatomy of the physical body and the organs functions. Look up Wuxing (chinese version of the five elements). Get inspiration from the spiritual techniques in novels (human creativity can lead to many wonders). Study Chinese Traditional Medicine to some degree, but put your focus on scientific modern medicine, also to some degree. Classify your technique as your belief (religious belief of how something spiritual works) rather than facts. Put all the information neat and nice in a document and share it under the occult or individual belief parts of the forums after testing the water and remember to add lots of advice, like a gym teacher or trainer would. All this is what I learned the hard way through this forum because these people will call you out on it in a toxic and mean way. Do not misunderstand them too much either and remember that not everyone's criticism is useful or true. If they piss you off to the point of not being able the think straight, take a break to collect more information and come back for round two!
  17. The 8 Ashta Siddhi: Vasitva Vasitva the last of ashta siddhi allows the user to control other people’s minds. The ability is not limited only to people’s mind but to animal’s mind also. This ability can tame wild animals, mentally disturbed individuals. Various avatars of lord Vishnu could immediately calm enraged animals and individuals using this ashta siddhi. Mind-control. Sounds pretty evil to me...
  18. It is very bold and arrogant of you to think you know anything 100% and that you or your teachers cannot be wrong. I'm not telling them to stop permanently, I'm telling them to take a break because doing it too much can lead to headache just like how doing exercises for too long and hard can lead to damaging your muscles. Taoism is a religion and not a scientific fact nor is it realistic to call it based on reality rather than belief. Science is a long trail of tests and studies. I may be wrong like all of you, but I believe that there is some truth to my technique, and your techniques too, that can leads us closer to real cultivation of the spiritual. There is a reason to why you don't do any real progress with classic meditation practices, and that is because it doesn't work nor do you do anything other than hoping breathing is doing anything spiritual.
  19. Oh please, it is so much more than just starting from Shen rather than Jing . So what if I change mind and want to face fake Taoists like you? And yes I can be wrong, but so can you and your frauds of teachers. You do still not bring any useful information or useful criticism nor do you cooperate or discuss in details about your empty claims. By refusing to talk but would rather straight up slander my technique, which shows how you clearly don't know what you are talking about. If you withhold information that can fix the so called dangerous part of my technique, then you too are responsible for the harm that could befall on others. I'm not telling you to practise my technique, I'm telling you to read it so you know what you are talking about. If you had actually read my technique, you would have known it is based on my belief and is a different subject from your self-therapy, low quality exercises, nonsense.
  20. laugh all you can, you internet troll. If you actually toke your time to read my technique, you may just have some credibility to your claims, you lazy snob. <3
  21. I see, so you refuse to inform me about Wang's technique by message in details or even give me anything to work with what so ever. This makes you just as responsible for any harm, that could or couldn't happen, as it makes me. The fact that you trust your teacher/master that much also tells me how naive you are. And last, to deny that modern medicine is helpful in places where not even your master can help you, tells me of dangerous your guidance can be. That fact that you refuse to cooperate with me, trying to find a solution to your empty claims, tells me just how little you actually know about Internal Alchemy. Your teacher's technique is not the only "real" technique in the world and your belief is not the only belief that could be true. At this point, do you even seek the Tao?
