    @Vajra Fist@Toni Did you strictly follow the restrictions regarding not exposing yourself to cold wind, not drinking water before and after 30 minutes, etc...? I also have a question about the restriction on meditation/visualization, does this only apply during the qigong session or last all day? Thanks!
