Hi everyone, Hope you're well. I am looking for recommendations of Qigong systems that work with Core Frequency Tuning, allowing for resonance with whatever experience the practitioner chooses. P.S. I have never had any Qigong training, the closest I came was with Rudi's Authentic Neigong but I didn't go through with it) I look forward to receiving your recommendations, Thanks.

Hi Tim, I am well thank you. Hope you're well too. Happy new year and Thanks for your recommendations. I am especially interested in the Fascia tuning systems you speak of. Videos about Fascia have been popping up on my youtube feed more frequently, didn't know they were so vital to one's health before. I still haven't figured out my ideal physical / energy practice but I am now meditating more often. Can you share more about those Fascia tuning neigong systems so that I may do more research? Preferably practices that don't require any empowerment or belief. Thank you.
