    Hello, nice to meet you all! I registered like two or three months ago. Im a total beginner , i dont know much about dao so im here to learn more about it. Those are some of my questions:

    -What shall i start with?

    -What can dao brings you can it cure internal disease?

    - Do you have some mantras (guess its the word ?) you recommend me to start with?
