  1. Master Wang told years ago that sitting <45min leads nowhere. I did 45min daily for almost a year that time ... because I couldn't sit longer without flouncing around. I did not even learn the "movement" and hand position to open mco. It was obviously not worth a try.

    Even after 9 months of constant practice - as I could sit for 75min in half-lotus without moving - he didn't try to open my mco.

    After I could sit for 90mins half-lotus without moving my legs I learned from Qin Ling the technique and she tried the first time to open my mco. This was exactly after 2 years of constant practice. But we were unsuccessful. But I learned something:

    This first two years of training I had all kind of tingling sensations almost everywhere around my mco. It began with the back of my head, the bai hui, third eye (xue), my nose, between colarbones. I was sure I felt chi moving around my mco. Imagination... nothing more. Forget about sensations ;-)

  2. Without giving up the secrets of the exercises, can you talk more about the methods?

    For instance, one may use breath control, or postures, or etc.

    There are

    Donggong - exercises with outside movements

    Shuigong - exercises while lie

    Jinggong - internal exercise while sitting

    Please ask your question more specific. Yes there is reverse breathing, breath retention, postures, movements, visualizations, stillness, ...

    What DOES he speak? I'll assume Chinese? Which kind? I'd love to meet that guy eventually =)

    Master Wang speaks a dialect and mandarin with some words from his dialect as far as I know. But I'm pretty sure he knew every time what I was talking about before the translator began translating from english into mandarin.

  3. I worked 2 years @ swatch switzerland. we had there very powerful lasers (for tuning quartz crystals vaporising small amounts of the gold-coating), but none of them could cut white paper. does someone have a video actually showing a laser burning white paper?

  4. empty your mind, relax and fokus to your nose, nose to middle of your chest and chest down to lower dantien. I had the same problem over months. I had too much thoughts. EFT is not good for this, but not the worst thing you can do, tapping lets your chi out the point you tab.

  5. First learn to distinguish between the different energies within yourself. This can be done with meditation, introspection, understanding the elements, where they occur in the body, the emotions they are associated with, the organs they are associated with, etc etc.

    for example:

    pine -> green

    apple tree, plane -> red

    willow -> yellow, brown

    cottonwood -> white

    cypress -> dark blue, black

    green = wood

    red = fire

    yellow = earth

    white = metall

    black = water

    chi corresponding organ

    green -> liver / gallbladder

    red -> heart / small intestine

    yellow -> spleen / stomach

    white -> lungs / large intestine

    black -> kidneys / blatter

  6. Whenever I pause for a moment during my day, I constantly feel pulsating energy flowing through me, very warmly, and hear my heart beating.

    For example: Warm hands is a very good sign. A warm head is a bad sign.

    The heart-pain thing is really bad!

    Calm, passive meditation?[/Quote]

    Maybe you should relax, calm ... empty yourself. Do not "force" anything for a while.

  7. It's part of a wuxing-based routine that is part of lingbao bifa that is part of what I was told not to tell :lol: ...This is not water-fire but a snapshot of a water-wood-fire-earth-metal sequence.

    I don't know what Chang is doing on the picture, but in my opinion Master Wang is not doing the 5-elements-cycle if he's not moving the energy from his blatter to liver, nor liver to hearth, seems more like from lower dantien to middle dantien trought the second line. It's a beginners exercise like the 5-elements-cycle using your hands.
