nice, I'm also doing Long Men-Pai Qi-Gong together with Kunlun Level 1 ... AND I'm doing Pammachon. And I have no energy sickness - seems to work together

John Chang says that you could hurt your dantien, if you have sex before practicing level 1 & 2 meditations. sex closes some doors needed by filling up your dantien.

yes, they're called "Deeper than a Zen monk" or "DTMZ". The first carrier is on 110Hz. Usually after you made the steps down to 0.3Hz you lower the carrier and begin again at 2.5Hz - I think because Holosync lowers the carrier in very big steps. With Transparent's you can edit your sessions. After passing all the steps from 2.5Hz to 0.3Hz I lowered the carrier from 110 only to 100 but continuing with the 0.3Hz instead of beginning again with 2.5Hz. It works fine for me - but I'm using the DTMZ for sleep induction not for real meditation. again: sorry for my very bad english guys

Mr. Chang says that an orgasm closes the door (chi hai) to the dantien. You should not practise after having sex. The pressure could hurt your dantien.

hi @all I'm from Switzerland, 27 or so years old and my English sux. I'm practicing an European inner martial art called pammachon and Longmen Pai Qi Gong. So if you want to know additional information about my person: just ask :-) Update: I'm learning now Chinese. So far I've learned around 100 words. I'll try to learn up to 300 words until christmas.
