So this Shifu Yan Lei´s set is a mixed bag starting with parts of Xi Sui Jing and continuing with Ba Duan Jin?

I live in Thailand and I´ve been reading the forum now and then during several years. 

I´m most interested in qigong, meditation and Lama Tantrapa´s Qi Dao at the moment, but have practiced some wing chun and yang style tai chi.
