Hello I'm a 52 year old Qigong practitioner and spiritual explorer (and many, many other things ha). In the short time (1 year!) since I followed my intuition to my first Qigong class, I've experienced mind-blowing sensations, an endless source of renewal, and a feeling of being bigger than I ever imagined.
