  1. penis slapping enlargement

If someone is willing to do all this, then by golly, they deserve to have a longer penis. T
  2. Daoist Sexual Techniques

You're not going to 'find' anyone. If you're open and willing to listen to information in forms you may not expect, everything you need to know is out there. It may be a physical teacher, which is what most people expect to see, or it could be as simple as watching a pot boiling rice over a fire. Study how the fire is made, it needed an ember and maybe some wind or breath, then water in the pot heated up and boiled, then the steam rose upwards..you don't need to know fancy terminology and eastern paradigms. It's all out there. Just keep informing yourself..anyway, that's my take. T
  3. zen stories

I like your take on the story.. agree the answers must always change.. This one strikes me as quite humorous..hope means you are living in the future and not embracing now. T
  4. Healthy at 100

google the latest research on resveratrol and how it may mimic caloric restriction.. T
  5. Qi machine

Agreed, that one is garbage. This is more like it. The Linseed is *not* optional..in fact I think that's part of the specialness of the drink. You don't need the condensed milk..too much fat and calories..skim/soy/peanut milk is a fine substitute. If you drink this stuff, watch out in the bedroom..not sure exactly why it works, but it's called natural viagra by the jamaicans..especially if you boil some cashew or raw peanut in there. I haven't tried it consistently. I'm thinking about experimenting with Raw Honey to see if there is any effect. I did an experiment yesterday that seemed positive.. T

Taomeow, you've been making some really interesting contributions..looking forward to hearing more! T Hey Myth, we've talked about shilajit before...my qigong teacher made up a batch of some 60 herbs to soak in sake as a jing tonic..but I have to say I didn't feel much from it. Have you ever had a jamaican drink called 'sea moss'..i really think there is something to that combination of ingredients.. T
  7. Increasing Breast Size...

Did he explain the reasoning behind this? I'm curious because if anything, GLA blocks DHT which I'm assuming has the opposite effect. T
  8. Qi machine

we're on the same page with that.. T
  9. Everyone's weird today

Would like to hear more about this..Ian, interestingly enough, I had great compulsion to undertake things as well and one thing I acted on didn't work like I wanted. Also intuitively rescheduled an important meeting and I'm glad because I have a different perspective on things...hmmm, that's weird.. T

The nonspecific part. SJ, I guess it's near impossible to have a productive conversation when it comes to feelings of chi. I definitely want to try it, that's why I'm contributing to this thread. Maybe we can talk about what motion you do to get this feeling of generating chi. For me, it's not a motion per se, but a specific way of relaxing/releasing along with the breath that produces *feelings* (and to me it seems to relate more to blood flow and other pressure mechanisms). I think the Chia references to having a higher internal pressure relating to feelings of health make sense. I'm curious what movements you might be doing and what these feelings are.. Thanks, T

Check out Deng Ming Dao (sp?) book on scholar warrior. He's the first that comes to mind. He recommends eating herbs and certain foods. He has recipes and pictures for the unititiated. It's really hard for me to integrate that kind of eating into my lifestyle-since i'm not single and living alone. Other people aren't so tolerant of eating, say pork kidney or oxtail and eucommia bark. Tohei sensei is one prominent guy who recommends sleep. Don't be so quick to poo poo sleep. Sleep is when we regenerate. Lack of good quality sleep *probably* accounts for much of the degenerative aging we see..for example, it's largely during deep sleep that we excrete growth hormone. But yeah, the jing restorative is the holy grail. I'm always on the look out for these things. T
  12. Qi machine

I'm interested in this as well. Some masters hold the point of view that practices such as taiji actually use up jing/chi, so you need to fortify it. I tend to agree because noone is growing younger from these practices. So far the only thing that I see that qualifies as chi building is sleep. So perhaps if there is a practice that makes you feel as if you don't really need to sleep more, it could qualify as chi building. Good topic for a discussion, imo. T
  13. Qi machine

Ha! now THAT'S funny. Dunno, if the chi machine was making the body 'generate more energy' then we would expect to see something reflected in the acupoints, don't you think? Got anything substantial to back up your position? Not trying to be a ball buster here... T
  14. Qi machine

What other methods did you study? I'm curious if heat/herbs/taiji movement had any effect? T
  15. Chi Weightlifting

I think I understand. I very much appreciate all your insights. I guess the rest is all academic at this point. Btw, I think it's just a matter of time before a urologist picks up on the value of this training and markets a device that is acceptable for the masses. I'll write more later, just wanted to thank you.. T
  16. Chi Weightlifting

Thanks for all the tips! But you did say you studied under the Master Tu method, so I thought you were representing his technique. If so, can you please outline the qigong method he uses to build up chi? I am aware of a few 'back to youth' techniques and they all have the same general idea of absorbing energy via points in the head and traveling downwards, slightly different angles on what to do beforehand but generally heating up the mingmen, huyin area. I'm just really curious if it's something like that. If it's 'secret' then I'll just wait until I can take a lesson on that somehow. Using this qigong, one of his students said that if his wife wants to do it and he's tired, he does this qigong and he's ready to go in a few minutes. so what guy wouldn't want to learn that! Anyway, I've seen Tu in specials on TV and he seems like a real genuine and nice person. So anything else you can share on the training is really appreciated. BTW, on my own, it figures a reverse breath is useful on the lift. What do you think? Thanks buddy, T Not sure about this photo, but moving balls and bricks on a table is a common traditional training method for the dantian. T
  17. Zeev Kolman

why? what does this healer have to do with the claims, etc. from the other threads? T
  18. Chi Weightlifting

One needs to be careful with any practice. Even reverse breathing and other pressure related breathing can cause problems. It's really not that complicated. Chia's video goes into enough detail related to the safe way of doing the practice. To be honest, there's not much difference between this and certain positions in s*x that put the same if not more stress on the pelvic floor in the same way--also the age old towel hanging trick is similar. The only real difference is the stress on the seminal ducts and those structures. One just needs to exhibit common sense. I see alot of people in the gym doing really stupid things, so the admonition is true of all practices. I'm getting information from alot of sources that indicate this practice may have far reaching benefits that outweigh any risks. I think the key would be tread slowly on any weight increase. Even just 1 lb will be better than doing a bare kegel and look at the benefits of that practice.. What do you think? T
  19. Chi Weightlifting

Gotcha..i backburnered the CCO stuff, so I didn't get to read your endorsement of the weightlifting. Seems to me there are several different approaches to lifting. For example, you could just 'deadlift' using the whole pelvic floor. You can lift and hold. I think the holding may strengthen the body's fascia network and improve mula bandha related work. I think regarding swinging, it would be best to maintain a neutral pelvis and allow the pelvic floor to do the work..any comments on those comments? Obviously it's great to draw on your experience, so I appreciate any insight you can offer. Tu mentions a 'chi gong' exercise to build up enough chi before you start the weightlifting, can you briefly describe what that is? I'm very curious about it. Did you learn at his school or through a student? How do you recommend starting this practice? Thanks, T
  20. Chi Weightlifting

Most definitely! Did you learn from the video? What do you think of the video? Any thoughts you have on the practice would be welcome.. Thanks, T
  21. Chi Weightlifting

Wow..I had to kill that page quickly. That kind of explicit stuff raises all kinds of red flags for me--that's messed up. Anyway, called the number and it's disconnected... T
  22. Chi Weightlifting

I remember reading somewhere about someone calculating the ages of the 'masters' and noting that most, if not all, were not particularly long lived. Also totally anecdotally, but it seems whenever i read an obit in one of the magazines it's usually a hard stylist by heart attack or aneyurism fairly young. I heard from a pretty high level internal teacher that in china Yi Chuan is falling into disfavor because many of the master are dying early from strokes. Pretty interesting. Anyway, if you click on the articles section, in 1987 there's an article with his taiji teacher. Look at the photos, the guy is in his 80s. Looks pretty darn fit to me! T
  23. Chi Weightlifting

Do you know which one has the weightlifting info in it? I'm assuming the s*x dvd, which seems a bit prurient to me, but it doesn't mention it per se.. T
