As newly registered, I am introducing myself a bit.
I am in my 40's and quite interested in spirituality. My home base is the Stoics but I found myself quite happy with Taoism and Buddhism too. I am also interested in health practices and martial arts.

It would be a good idea to look for a taiji teacher in your city. If there is a judo club, perhaps there is a taijiquan club too. Good luck !
