  1. Another reason to practice

Same here in the middle of germany but with those big flys that suck blood haha ,back then when i did my 4 hour zhang zhuang sessions barefoot in the forest.one time it was like i had like 10 at the same place and it was really bleading! I was crazy back then like i just trust in god continue and endure everything.i also noticed that bites became less and when i was swimming with friends at a small river they were bitten like ten times more then me. The funny thing is those flys inject a kind of antiseptic at the end of their meal , so if you kill them or just send them away before they are ready it will itch! Dont know about mosquitos...
  2. Releasing suppressed emotions?

I would just say try to be more consistent when i started i forced myself to do 20 minutes every morning before breakfast.it was hard but i continued then from one day to the next it felt great and since then its "hard" to not meditate in the morning. Try to see the boredom as a challenge.
  3. Releasing suppressed emotions?

Sorry i meant since when you are meditating?
  4. Releasing suppressed emotions?

For how long do you meditate?
  5. Releasing suppressed emotions?

If you meditate... first let the mind become still by observing thoughts without rating them. After thoughts are gone emotions will come to the surface on their own.So then you do the same with them. Also if bodily sensations come up like maybe pain in the stomach do the same with them , just observe and relax/let go.Sometimes the emotions doesnt have to come up this way they will change after the blokadge is gone. Also paida qigong is a good way i think because through the patting you will feel the organs more while the vibrations also help releasing. Healing sounds are also good.
  6. change name request

Can my name please be changed to natursein ?

  8. Santi for the lungs : but other organs ?

Maybe also look up unicorn stance, i only experienced it during "spontaneous qigong" , so i can not say how to do it but it was one of the most interesting positions " i was moved into" it feels like the weight transfers from one leg to the other when you are sung enough. To Rocky Lionmouth: I think i also experienced the posture you described , i dont remember exactly, maybe it was with sword fingers ... but it was quite more demanding then hugging the tree in a deep position which i was eaysily able to some years ago in a very deep stance for half an hour.I find that very interesting.I once read somewhere that at some point in "training" its more about how intense you stand then how long , i think i am at a point where i am getting this.
  9. Imagine you are mountain , the thoughts are clouds that touch the mountain peak. The mountain doesnt say oh nice a white cloud or no a dark cloud.... just observe and try to stay neutral. The space in between the clouds will become bigger and bigger and then its the time to observe this space in between... its all a process so allow yourself to take your time. I would also say dont only observe only the mind that way... also your breathing , emotions and bodily sensations and also allow the gravity to correct your body structure through relaxation.
  10. Primative Technology

    Preastronautics would say so! Hahahaha
  11. So Many Qigong Traditions : How To Approach ?

The hexagram peace has heaven under earth... and whats also interesting that you also have the special case where the heaven hexagram turns into the earth hexagram when all lines are sixes.
  12. Santi for the lungs : but other organs ?

I would also go for way of power. The dragon posture and holding down the tiger are very demanding and clearing. But i would also do the basics... because with enough practice time they also change a lot.And it is like they are all interrelated.
  13. Ghurni - Inner Whirling

I think i experienced it during spontaneous qigong, where i also do a lot of circle walking.the feeling of being intoxicated and so much energy that it feels like the body becomes very light and moves by its own followed by the feeling that the body is spirit.
  14. Tongbei

I experience things like that the whole time.i just practiced zhang zhung and sitting meditation.then sometimes spontaneous movements appeared.and sometimes its like like years later i understand that the stuff i am doing exists in other styles.
  15. Yi Gong/Kunlun/Spontaneous Qigong Questions

I came into field of "spontaneous" "qigong" through practicing standing and sitting meditation.Since it started , like maybe 7 years ago i just stand or sit go into a certain meditative state and it starts by itself.it can be really intense and even a little overwhelming at some times but its like i always " get what i need ". Experienced some mystical experiences and altered states of mind that lasted also through the daytime.what i gained from it... nearly effortless power in daily activities, like walking, running, riding bycicle, doing my household, lifting objects. Mentally and emotionally states of clearer perception and a deep peace, appreciation for everything. During practice i experience all kinds of daoist practice like, circle walking and running, xinyi and taiji like movements, healing sounds, spontaneous mantras, drunken immortal like movements, hand seals, healing abilities ( in person and long distance ) .And yes as far as i understand neidan practice is also there . Maybe look into the personal discussion thread of my friend @Earl Grey .He is into spontaneous 5 animals qigong. In my personal practice you can also find some youtube clips doing spontaneous qigong.
  16. drunken eight immortal gong fu?

Starjumper: Oh yes , i love that clip!
  17. Grains

I would just put a hot sauce on them, or eat them raw, its good to marinate them in oil for half an hour to an hour.
  18. Grains

Schau mal nach zuchini nudeln Told him to look for zuchini noodles ( for the english speaking majority )
  19. parasite cleanse

They say a diet that is easy digestible is enough ( 3 bowel movements a day ) but i think eating only small amounts of sugar and starches will benefit the protocol.
  20. parasite cleanse

I am currently doing a parasite cleanse with a tincture of wormwood, black walnut husk, and cloves plus some essential oregano oil.Its kind of a self experiment and also a search to get my health back from times when i was on a raw vegan diet.Anyone else here tried such a cleanse? It works not only on big parasites but also on microparasites, candida and other infections. It had really strong effects since day two that i didnt expect, detoxing like waterfasting or even stronger. So far i noticed phases of my nerves being really irritated, sometimes bigger clarity. When i go to the toilet it smells really bad, sometimes my but was itching and on day two i had really black stuff coming out of my nose. The first 4 days where really hard and on the fifth day i felt a great joy that i didnt feel for quite some time, just driving with the bus to go shopping really made me happy. To bind the toxins i take activated charcoal and healing earth. As suggested i do it for ten days then rest ten days and then do it again for ten days.
  21. parasite cleanse

There are different formulas and also the dosage differs.yes you take activated charcoal afterwards or healing earth.the diet should be lightly digestible.my tincture was from now foods.and yes you take it for 10 days and then you rest for 10 days.i also experimented with taking turpentine essential oil.it was different but VERY intense
  22. Seriously Need some Help

Its not as crazy as you think.intense meditation goes just deeper then most people think.i once read that you actually have to get crazy before you get a saint.i myself went through states that were really intense and quite similar to what you describe.remind yourself that it will not be like that forever! Maybe google samadhi states. There are others ways to ground yourself. Different foods and activities like cold showers.bathing in salt water is great if you pick up some strange energies and you will also learn to transform them.sometimes it can be good to take a break from meditation and sometimes its better to just go through it.try to trust your instinct and dont grab onto the habits of the last years.
  23. Seriously Need some Help

Wadegarret , respect for your determination! I can somehow feel you and experienced very similar things.I also practiced in the forrest for years and hours a day, was on a grain free and rawfood diet, experienced days of bigu and also went through overwhelming states.i think the problem is when you are too open and at the same time not open enough. I remember a time where it was hard to look at people ( it was like i was seeing demons) but then later i kind of looked through that and those demoniv expressions went away. Its really hard to describe. I also remember a time when practicing with friends it was like i took up the emotions and after it i felt like i was wearing an emotion coat but it went away. I think its not easy to find the middle when you are living like a hermit but in society... i am also still trying to figure it out.sometimes heavy grounding food helps, sometimes fasting, or just a pause for one day... maybe you could just try to feel what you need at this time. Not easy to speak about it. If you like you can pn me. Maybe i could also help a little with long distance healing.
  24. Standing spontaneous qigong

Always a controversial topic For me it all started happening after ca. 7 years of daily zhang zhuang and zuowang meditation ( up to 6 hours a day) i experienced all kind of different movements and sounds.from shaking to " taiji like" movements, circle walking and running , handseals , healing sounds, movements that look and feel martial, and also new zhang zhuang postures.for me it feels demanding but at the same time very fruit bringing. I think its important not to over do it.i often have the question why some experience it and others dont and what ways are there to trigger it. I have a few clips on youtube that you can find in my personal practice discussion. And we also have a thread in daoist discussion that is worth a look.
  25. parasite cleanse

I think its a myth that raw food has always a cooling and moistering effect.there are a lot of foods that are considered neutral or even warm while eaten raw and there are a lot of foods that have a cooling effect while eating cooked. That parasite cleanse worked and the effects i mentioned stopped two days after stopping it.
