    Hello all,

     

    I am glad to finally join this forum, have been reading around quite a bit these past two weeks.

    A little about myself and my practice:

     

    I come from a yoga background... did 2.5 years of AYP (ayp.org) started to feel a little unbalanced and have been trying some new things, specifically Anapanasati and looking forward to hopefully start KAP soon.
