I have been reading by several times the past few years, and now I decide to sit down, become a member and come back regularly.
Daojiao, Chinese Medicine, Baguazhang have been my interests, work and struggle for years.
Since my childhood I have been knowing the direction and the place. But I need so many steps to attain it. Concerning Neidan even if I have been reading a lot the classics, It is only in the last year I have really started seriously a neidan practice. Maybe because it took so many years to make an inner room for it, and to find the external conditions.
For me the possibility to exchange with others on this subject is very important.
I am so happy that I have met som good friends here in Paris. We have a little pratice group where we help each other. The Tao bums is also a good place to read and discuss every aspect of this practice and this way. I can see many others have the same questions as I have, the same hopes, illusions and struggle with practice.
