Yeah, that's Blues.  New Orleans Jazz style.

And he's an Aussie!

I wasn't responding to your comment. This was actually what I was listening at the moment! Still, thanks for the info. I find this song very relaxing for some reason. Great lyrics too.

A collection of music I have labeled "Americana".  Lots of guitars and fiddles.  Kinda' like country music before Country Music.

Really loving Disturbed's cover of 'Sound of Silence', but working on learning the guitar music for a handful of Badfinger songs, 'My Baby Blue' amongst them.

It's been a long time since I heard anyone mention Badfinger.  I have a couple of their albums.

But right now Fleetwood Mac is playing.  Good guitar work in that group too.

Here's what I fall asleep to:  'New Life' by Paul Cardall, Stanton Lanier 'The Voice', Renee Michele 'Seasons of the Heart'.

Danny Wright  'Soul Mates', 'Another Place and Time.....' By Heidi Anne Breyer, and 'Letters From Far Away'  by Heidi Breyer.

These are all what I call "Neo-Piano", a category that I made up. They are mostly Piano pieces that are quite beautiful, with an infrequent vocal piece, added for good measure.

While awake, I listen to 'Sound Scapes' (which used to be called [the]'New Age' channel.......it's channel 942 [on TV] here in Southeastern Wisconsin).

A lady who works for me 3 days a week, says that coming to my place is like going to her Tai Chi lessons!  I took that as a compliment!     :D

sturgill simpson- "in bloom" (original kurt cobain)

heard it as I turned left into the marching band competition-

my knight is a saxophone player-

their theme for their program is "bloom"-celebration of life.

now I am recognized the song-but the voice is wonderful...I am sorry but I think it is better version more country-esque not

grunge.

turtles all the way down is another good one by sturgill

and last but not least from last night yoga-

the instructor told us that we are going to hear her over and over until we all get sick of it.

she got it from a facebook friend in Illinois......

I do not remember the song but her voice was adaptable quickly-

carrie newcomber--

found a song this morning though-

apropos to life-

called--I do not know the name.
