What are you listening to?

Nice video of the moors and fells of northern England as well.

By the way, could someone tell me how to embed the video rather than just posing the link please?

Thanks in anticipation. :) Edited by gatito

I was listening to Jeff Beck but he got tired and stopped singing and playing.

OK - you've got a bite. :D

What's the link?

Hehehe. Actually it was playing on my player and I was too lazy to start a new file.

However,

Jeff Beck holds an importance place in the evolution of Rock'n'Roll.

I'm sure I can find him on Youtube somewhere. Let's see ... ...

Yeah! Here's one: (He is lead guitar.)

I had to go on a shopping trip and now I have my living room stereo going playing some DooWop music from the 1950's.

Rod and Jeff

Hey Seeker! Interesting you found that.

As the story goes:

The band "Cactus" broke up and was trying to reform using the name "New Cactus Band". It was set that Rod and Jeff would join the band and make it complete. Well, as luck would have it Jeff broke his (leg or arm, can't remember which) and this posponed the band getting together. Rod was out of work and needed to make some money. Steve Mariott decided to leave The Faces and the band needed a new lead singer. Rod got the job. Jeff recovered and just kept doing what he had been doing.

I forget who finally ended up in the New Cactus Band but they did do some good music.

So I have been listening to John Lennon and he sings, "The dream is over." I ask him, "What's left when the dream is over?" but get no reply but then I remembered that he had just said, "That's reality."

I'm back with John Lennon this morning after I was able to get back to sleep for a while.

Right now a collection of his home recordings is playing and I don't know of any videos of his home recordings.

But you know who John Lennon is so you really don't need a sample.
