But after everytime he do his mantra, the whole house feel cool and freezing. (*FULL OF YIN ENERGY, NEGATIVES)

That's very interesting. I have heard that the temperature drops around people who are possessed. That the entire house got cool and freezing seems to indicate the scale of posession(s).

 

With sufficient yang qi, could the man have been possessed? My understanding is that an abundance of yang qi can make it impossible, or at least very difficult, for a spirit to "enter" oneself.

One little note here, if you like to collect statues, that are human like, you must first cleanse it's energy and seal it up first to block anything from going into the statue. These statues are very good at attracting your "po"(soul) and which create a lot of problems in a long term.
