Question about Kunlun Level 2

Recommended Posts

I have a question about Kunlun Level 2, after you do one time of left side, you switch to one time of right side, then again the left etc, or

# repetitions of left side THEN switch to the # reps of the right side?

thanks!

Complete your repetitions on each side before switching.

And you have been doing level 1 regularly for at least six months, right?

Yes, I have been practicing every day for 7 months now, I didn't have results like seeing tiglas or masters in my room, but I do feel that I have a great change. I also don't have a transmission from Max yet, but I feel I want to go deeper with this practice.

Thank you for the answer Chris,

Wow... Level 2 is preety a all different thing, the vibration is much faster.

I'm practicing at night, so after I do Level2, relax 20 min, golden flower, I still feel the vibrations, and when I want to go to sleep I feel that it's coming to my head, is there a way to cool it down to the body?

I really like it, it's beautiful...

peace

do your normal closedown just like after k1. the k3 is also a bit of a cooldown in and of itself. I also do some head massage (dr wu's book has a lot of good techniques) as part of closing down.

what is a tigla?

I don't know exactly, but I think it's lights that you see but you are creating them from your mind... not sure if that's correct, but that's what I read.

* Is it ok to have acupuncture treatments if i'm practicing Kunlun1+2?

Thank you joeblast for the tip, massaging the head helped me :)
