CHI ROLLERS!!!

Recommended Posts

Was it Michael the learner advising to get that device???

THESE THINGS ARE SO COOOOOOOOOOOL!!!

Anybody should get one and help them become prosperous. That thing is so great. I got two and use them at the same time to relax my back.

Definitely RECOMMENDED!!!

Wasn't me. Don't have any :) but you raise my interest in them.

My latest recommended claim to fame was bridging using yoga balls.

Peace

chi rollers rock. I got mine today. I have used a softball in the past instead of a chi roller, and I thought that my softball training would make the chi roller redundant. No way. The chi roller goes way deeper than a softball. I will be using this thing daily for months if not years.

I love mine! I got this one:

http://www.ebodylogic.com/maroller.html

pretty good price, I like how the ends are more rounded than the trad. shape, more comfortable (I would think) when they are under one's shoulder blades. OTOH the wood, although nice, is in 2 pieces glued together then "turned".

The original is still available, although pricey, the site talks about the different versions:

saw this vintage one on ebay, had a bid in, but it went too high:

These look nice, and good prices too:

This site has a better price:

Similar device for the head, "Still Point Inducer" (a.k.a. Baboon Butt :))

I love this thing, although I love the intelligent hands of a cranial osteopath better when they're available!

Those Chi Rollers used to be called Ma-Rollers and seemed to be available everywhere years ago. I have a smaller version that's very handy, just the two bumpy parts without the long handles, good for sticking behind your back and pressing into the back of a chair.
