Wu Jian Quan Images: anybody has any

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am looking for images of Wu Jianquan doing Tai Ji. Both when he was young, and later in life. Either on internet or in books. Anyone has any suggestion?

Many thanks.

Pietro

Same photos can be found in the Gold Book - in chinese translated into english as

Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan By Wu Kung Cho

He was one of Chen Pan Ling's teachers. Master Chen was very famous in Taiwan after the war up until his death and wrote a few books. There may be resources from his style and school, which remains popular in Taiwan, that feature Wu Jian Quan.

I will order one of the two books.

No, I am not, it was very demanding, and you can't ride two horses at the same time.

But it did inspire me to practice with at least the same intensity the style I was already committed to. So it was all good.

And did you went to China?

Yes this forum is a herd of horses.

I didn't go to China. I continue to practice at home.
