The videos deal with basic fundamentals for breathwork, structural alignment and posture. They can benefit the novice, and touch up the little things for those who already practice. If there are any questions, please feel free to ask. Though the videos are pretty clear, it is always good to question and clear doubts or misunderstandings, so as to keep the cultivaiton proper.
