mantis Posted March 10, 2012 I have no experience with the tapes, I haven't listened to them fully yet. I'm kind of of overwhelmed with the Yan Xin Qigong method, though, I more or less finished reading the "Secrets & Benefits of Internal Qigong Cultivation" today and it's VERY demanding, visually. You have to keep a number of visualizations running simultaneously and it all seems like quite the headache. When I have some more time I'll listen to the tapes.
