Hello!

Hello, I'm Alexa and I live in Spain. And I'm currently practicing a bit of Neidan and Chi gong every day.

I had a bit of an issue practicing recently with Chi gong, After one of my sessions, I waited a few minutes and then I felt really hot, after that my ears rang and hurt, and my head, eyes and throat were in pain for at least 24 hours, after this period every symptom was gone. I don't know if this is a good sign or a bad one. If someone could help me it would be much appreciated.

I will also leave my spanish Neidan channel here for everyone to see and enjoy:

Sometimes I do a bit of meditation, but most of the sessions I do, are not finished with meditation/seated stillness.

Could this be reason of my temporary "sickness"?

It could be, my chi gong teacher recommends doing it for at least 10 minutes when you finish your chi gong session so the energy will settle and return to your lower abdomen. I also find if I have rising chi and feel heat in my chest, head and ears if I do seated stillness meditation it helps to bring it down.
