ThunderWizardDotcom Posted January 8, 2023 I haven't been on here for awhile, but I have had a lot of major shifts in my understanding of the internal arts I have practiced for 30 years. This is one of the southern Chinese Mao Shan lineages of Sifu Lum Tai Young. Here is a video I posted on my channel tonight. I will warn you now that it will be very different from what you probably are used to in regards to internal martial arts. But it has taken me 30 years of practice to understand things I only felt but didn't comprehend. I can say I have begun to comprehend them and this art is far more unbelievable than I ever realized.
