Kroll dictionary  includes the meanings:
<possessing wisdom, judgement and moral excellence. a. profoundly wise and virtuous; sage(ly) >

聖人
In the context of Ch 3, 聖人 sheng4 ren2 imo means ‘virtuous person’.

我手邊有一本帛書老子,裡面提到聖的定義,給大家參考

老子的聖人,其實就是消解了私慾蒙蔽的自身認識立場,而站上了表現整體存在法則的『道』的立場之上的人,就是能夠理性的把握並在實踐中積極順隨這個道的人

也就是說能夠做到『道法自然』的人就是聖人

I have a book (silk book of Lao Tzu), which mentions the definition of saints for your reference.

The sage of Lao Tzu is actually a person who has dispelled the self-knowledge position that was blinded by selfish desires, and stood on the position of "Tao", which expresses the law of existence as a whole, is a person who can rationally grasp and actively follow this Tao in practice

That is to say, a person who can reach "Dao follow the nature" is a saint

Is that the same as saying, a Saint is "at one with Dao"?

And how could he possibly empty their minds (虛 亓 心  xu1 qi2 xin1) ?

可能就是對政治沒有甚麼想法

聽說歐洲有些國家在日子過得很好的時候

大部分的人對政治是沒有甚麼興趣的

這樣就跟老子的理論很接近了

Maybe it's just that you don't have any idea about politics

I heard that in some countries in Europe, when life is good, most people have little interest in politics

This is very close to Lao Tzu's theory.

Indicated by the “ :angry: “

Idiom. “You might want to rephrase something to … try not to offend the person you're talking to.”

我剛才看了一下

google翻譯的問題

我的意思是{可能就是對政治沒有想法}

google翻譯成{對政治一竅不通}

兩種意思差很多

I just looked at it

google translate problem

I mean {可能就是對政治沒有想法}

google translate to {對政治一竅不通}

The two meanings are very different

I hold you responsible for the English you put online (Google or not).

對我來說,google翻譯的英文,有的我看不太懂

For me, I don't understand some of the English translated by Google

特別是像這種句子{Maybe it's just that you don't have any idea about politics}

看不出來有甚麼問題

Especially sentences like {Maybe it's just that you don't have any idea about politics}

Can't see what's wrong

我是把這個句子用英文又翻譯回中文,才發現變成另外一個意思了

I translated this sentence back to Chinese in English, only to find that it has another meaning.

你想要我負甚麼樣的責任?

What kind of responsibility do you want me to take?

沒辦法

英文沒那麼好

I can't

my English is not so good

如果你硬要這樣

我只能對你保持沉默了

if you insist

I can only keep silent to you

我列出中文的原文,就是不希望有誤會

如果你有誤會,那我的中文就是證據

證明我沒那個意思

你不願意去查中文那是你的問題,不是我的問題

我的英文程度就到這裡而已

如果你要我英文更好

你只能等我的英文程度慢慢進步

你需要更多耐心

如果你沒有耐心

我們的溝通就到這裡為止

I list the original text in Chinese, I just don't want any misunderstanding

If you have a misunderstanding, my Chinese is the proof

Prove that I don't mean that

If you don't want to check Chinese, that's your problem, not mine

That's it for my English level

If you want me to speak English better

You can only wait for my English to gradually improve

you need more patience
