nyerstudent Posted December 11, 2020 Hello, Does anyone have experience with the "Life-Saving ZiJou Method"? Not much to find online about it these days, but the bits that I have run across sound pretty positive. It seems like it's geared towards cancer patients, and from what I can gather is a simple, though demanding, qigong standing technique.
