Kundalini jeourney

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I have been going through a kundalini awakening for the last year. My path before that was a lot of study contemplation and meditation of mostly hindu and buddhist tradition fueled by depression and addiction.  I was somewhat mentally ready kundalini but not physically . I have going through a lot of physical changes and kriyas /automatic yoga after the awakening and my path has been mostly surrender and mindfulness. From what I assume it is a process of karmic and energetic purification so I am not too much bothered by the fireworks and let it happen. I do however have 24/7 energetic sensations on forehead and third eye. I have read that it could be related to some blocks in the energy body? Anyway I am looking forward to learning from others and understanding the energetic dynamics better to smoothen my jeourney.

Welcome to the Tao Bums.  A wonderful forum to learn, discuss and cultivate.  Below are 3 important sections: Our Rules, The Insult Policy and our 3 Foundations.  Before you join click on [Reveal hidden contents] give them a read.

Most of it boils down to being respectful.  No name calling or trolling.  Post as if your mom's looking over your shoulder.  Discussion and arguments are what the board is about.  Keep it civil, don't get personal.  Don't be a troll or one issue zealot.

We're here for good conversation and make some friends along the way, to be a community.  Jump right in, start threads, ask questions, look for interesting threads and post your (relevant) thoughts.

For the first week you will be restricted to ten posts per day but after that you can post as much as you like. Also, until you’ve posted fifteen times in the forums, you’ll be a “Junior Bum” with somewhat restricted access and will be allowed only two private messages per day.

Welcome, Kundalini is a tricky thing, affecting people in a wide variety of ways.  I hope you find some fellow souls here who've been on a similar journey.

Welcome, keeping your tongue to the roof of the mouth helps smooth out the flow. Path Notes by Glenn Morris has an overview of the process that is quite illustrative.
