Talis Posted April 3, 2020 Hi! I'm glad to be here! I'm from Ireland, male and discovering my spirituality. I feel that I am drawn to internal alchemy as in developing my lower dantien, thing is I need guidance with this as I hear their is risks in doing the exercise on your own. I've tried looking online for a school or teacher with no luck or maybe my google-fu skills are not working right. I maybe new to this even tho I learn and take all guidance seriously. Begin by stating what you are interested in learning and what you want out of it. Books to inspire you and programs you may be interested in, and teachers who can personally instruct you nearby or online can then be recommended.
